This is a 2008 Lowe‘s 12 foot (1256) aluminum V-hull boat as shown. The bottom is painted - I have rubber mats for the floor that will be included but they are not shown in the pictures. I installed seats as shown. No leaks or dents - I bought this new and used it very little. This may be used with or without the motor. The motor is a 4.0 Deluxe Johnson 4 horse power 2-stroke outboard. The trailer is a Bandit - year unknown - I bought this used. It has one new spare tire and I added the crank-up and wheel. The hitch fit’s a 1 ¾” ball. The trailer does have some oxidation but not bad. The wheels have been greased. I will provide notarized documentation for the buyer after payment. 96 Lavey Craft Sebring Modified V Tunnel Hull I bought it with 10 hours on the boat and have loved owning it. It was in Hot Boat Magazine in Oct 97 (my boat not one like it). With Hot Boat test, it had a 415 HP with a 15-26" prop so it would be quick (0-50 in 9.43 sec. top speed was 75.8). After some engine mods and playing with props I got the top end to 85 MPH. Now it has 600 HP so I have no Idea what it will do. To find out will take a larger pitch prop but I am not the guy to find out - 85 was plenty fast. Motor froze 4 years ago and it sat covered on the side of my home and I finally got it fixed. It now has a carbureted GM 540- Dynoed at 600 HP - Just rebuilt (after freezing the block) with a New 502 block stroked to a 540. New carb, intake, distributor, wires etc. I have all of the receipts of the parts and machine work rebuilt and dynoed by a Local Machine shop. Some motor parts were from old motor like the exhaust, starter, power steering, etc. The motor was built with a tame cam and mild compression so I could run it with any gas. We took it out last month and it is running great. It idles down to 800 rpm with no problem. It has a newer Bravo outdrive with approx 30 hrs on it. Also has a electric actuated hatch, Bimini top, Foot throttle and Tandem axle trailer. Have clean title and is registered with up to date Oregon tags. I have spent $12,000 on it this past year with motor, drive, battery and carpet. So the Carpet is new, but upholstery is very oxidized, especially in the front of boat. It had upholstery redone 9 years ago and cost $2700 (for an idea of cost). Steering wheel needs a new cover. White Gelcoat is good, colored Gelcoat stripes on bottom side of boat are great but top side is oxidized. There are some small chips and scratches as the boat is 19 years old. The boat is very usable as it is, just not as pretty as it once was. I would be happy to take out for a ride before you buy. Willing to deliver up to 300 miles.

One owner my dad. I am selling this for my dad as he has only used it once last year and twice the year before and because he keeps up the service, maintenance as well as winterizing every year it would be better for him to rent a boat when he needs it than to keep this boat. Offered for sale is a Robert Perry designed Tayana 37 MK II blue water cruiser that will safely transport you around the planet. “Lion Heart” has been very lightly used and has never been used as a live aboard vessel. She has been sailed only in Northern waters in the summers and in the winters she has been stored on the hard and shrink -wrapped . The T37 MKII features non-teak decks, which is a blessing. Her displacement is 22,500lbs, with a 5’8” draft, 11’6” beam, 32 foot waterline, 5’ bowsprit and needs a bridge clearance of 55’. She is a mast head cutter rig and has a deck stepped mast (50’). The beautiful teak and mahogany interior for which Tayanas are famous is like new. The upholstery fabric is comfortable and durable cranberry velour. The king sized V berth features 6 inch foam , fans, air conditioning vent, 2 light prisms, generous storage, lift out section that provides a changing seat. A beautiful mahogany door transforms this space into a completely private stateroom for you or your guests. The head is very spacious and has a separate shower with a teak seat and storage locker. Hot and cold running water is provided by an above the water pump and expansion tank. There are two wet lockers, a large medicine cabinet, and the high quality Raritan toilet is still in production. Opposite the head is a double hanging locker, a bank of drawers, and a large linen closet. The main salon can provide sleeping space for up to four. There is a very large mahogany table that folds out to accommodate 6 to 8 people. The table drops down to form another sleeping area. Foam was replaced in the main salon in 2012. On the starboard side a pullout provides two more berths. Ample storage is found behind the upright cushions on both sides. The main salon also features air conditioning vents, fans, large overhead hatch, reading lights, cabin lights, and an additional fold down table on the starboard side. There is also a Force 10 propane heater for chilly evenings. The galley features an Alder Barbour compressor that provides perfect refrigeration. The refrigerator is very spacious, has two shelves, access from both the top and the front, and a small freezer. There is a two burner propane stove, a microwave, double stainless steel sink, hot and cold water faucets, and a manual foot pump. On the port side opposite the galley is a spacious Pilot’s berth and navigation station where a 3206 Garmin chart plotter with HD radar is mounted. The pilot berth features 6 inch foam, reading lights, air conditioning vent and a separate privacy door. This berth is perfect for long distance passages or provides ample storage if cruising locally. Lion Heart boasts many safety features including red night vision lights along the entire floor line, ample hand holds everywhere, fire suppression system on the engine, automatic bilge pump with an above water pump. The entire hull has been professionally stripped and painted with Oyster AWLGRIP and the bottom was also stripped and barrier coated in 2007. There are custom cushions for the cockpit and a dodger/bimini with an additional sun screen panel. There is also a complete set of lee cloths in perfect condition. It has a classic wooden wheel which is outfitted with an “ Autohelm” autopiolot and an additional Garmin chart plotter . On its canoe stern are stainless steel davits which are strong enough to support a dinghy filled with water with you inside bailing it out. There is also a stern mounted radar pole on which a Garmin HD18 radar dome rests (2010). On the port side of the stern there is a vented propane storage locker with a back up solenoid on the main electrical panel. On the starboard side is an additional locker for storage of dock lines. The Starting battery is a 12Volt Interstate and was replaced in 2014. The house bank consists of 4 6 volt Interstate Deep Cycle batteries that were replaced in 2010. A new Phase 3, 50 Amp battery charger was installed in 2011. There is also a 5 gallon electric water heater coupled with the heat exchanger on the engine. The Cruisair air conditioning can be used in any of three separate zones. Also included is a 2KW portable Honda Generator in excellent condition It comes with its original Neil Pryde Main sail, jib and staysail. The rigging is in excellent condition and features Sta-Lok turnbuckles all around. A 35 lb CQR anchor, chain, and 200 feet of nylon rode is also included along with a host of other items too numerous to list. The stainless steel and wood boom gallows assures safety for all aboard. It has a 30 HP Yanmar diesel engine in perfect working condition, and a 100 gallon fuel tank. There is also a 100 gallon stainless steel water tank. In addition there are two 3 inch thick binders containing detailed information on all of the repairs and upgrades carried out on this vessel since she first came to the United States in 1984. The boat fires up and shifts smooth forward and reverse. The aft stateroom is a full 12 x 10 with a full queen walk around. The master bath has a separate large shower. There is a washer dryer located in this stateroom. The main salon is approx. 9 x 12 and empty except for the helm and hatches. The galley is down consisting of stove, oven, micro, duel stainless sink and fridg. Forward is the V-birth and the second bath-shower. As you can see from the pics the outside has a covered rear deck 12 x 10, the fly-bridge seats up to 10 and has a frame for full canvas enclosure, no canvas. Located in a great slip in Marina del Rey, CA. This Californian Trawler was built in the USA, in Santa Ana California in 1978 You will experience a SOLID quality ride on the ocean, with this classic, quality-built trawler. (You are getting American Quality here – not like those cheap Taiwanese trawlers made with substandard parts by 6 year old kids in a sweatshop) This can be your vacation home on the water. Only 10 minutes from LAX airport, and convenient to all best parts of Southern California. Three (3) huge decks - plenty of room and easy to walk around. Great for parties. Bathroom with walk in shower+bathtub. Plus another head with walk in shower adjacent to 2 bunkbeds upfront. This boat would make a good rental on AirBNB. I originally advertised it there at $149/night and had quite a bit of interest, (but decided it's not my thing to have strangers sleeping on my boat). You can probably rent it out for 10 nights/month and cover all your costs. The engines now have about 900 ORIGINAL hours on them. That is almost like a new boat – when you consider this is a 33 year old boat!! The boat had only 2 previous owners. Previous owner had it for nearly 30 years before I purchased it in October 2010. Please shop around and compare similar boats on the market and you will see the value offered here. This yacht has 2 (full size) beds in the main sleeping area along with a nice size bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a second area in the front with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Importantly, this boat DOES NOT SMELL! (I remember when I was shopping for boats and about 90% of them had that funky boat smell. The good news is that this boat is NOT one of them.) The carpet, and drapes on the boat are from original owner, and are due for a replacement.
