For Sale is my 16 ft Lowe Jon Boat with a 2005 40hp Johnson tiller motor. The Boat is in great condition I use the boat regularly with my Wife and Son for fishing, Flounder Gigging, Diving, Scalloping, Shrimping, and just Cruising to the islands. This boat flies in runs about 25mph with the wife son and I in it. Boat can run in approx 6-8 in draft. Very skinny water capable. The Motor is a 2005 Johnson 40hp Electric Start and runs great. Last year just to be safe I went ahead and had prop seals replaced, and lower unit oil drained and filled fresh. There was never an issue just thought better be safe then sorry and get it done once a year. I treat this boat as if it was one of my children, everything needs to be perfect. 4th of July 2014 this year my family and I took this boat 12 miles roughly from the dock to the scallop grounds out in the Gulf of Mexico. Never missed a beat she ran beautifully on 6 Gallons of fuel. Boat comes with 2> 6 Gallon Gas Tanks The boat also has a Trailor in good condition leaf springs, tires and bearings are all in good shape and I would feel comfortable driving anywhere. The only issue with Motor is last year my Manuel assit took a dump. The Manuel assit is a device under the motor that would assit and lock the motor in a tilt position. Since this is no longer in use I have a small piece of preassure treated 1x1 that i slide in that does the same in keeping the motor up in say the locked posotion. Other than this the Motor is Flawless. I built the bow with pressure treated wood last year and then soaked it with many coats of water sealer to protect from weather. I did the same with the floors in the boat. below the bow has an compartment space typically for the anchor but has a ton of room for other thing like rain jackets etc. I installed a 4 swithch panel for lights and accersory and ran all the wires/fuses down side to the 2nd battery. 4 seats inserts are included and installed in the benchs, but seats are not included with the sale of the boat. I converted the livewell in the center of the boat into just a storage for safety supplies, life vest etc. the Stern Bench has a big storage compartment where I tend to keep couple of tackle boxs, bait nets, rain jackets, tows and others. this boat HAS ALOT OF STORAGE FOR IT'S KIND. I have 2 Batteries in the Boat, 1 Deep Cycle Marine Battery behind were I sit to Run the Running Lights, the Lowrance fish finder/chart plotter/depth finder. The second battery Deep Cycle Marine Battery as well as you can see in photos is to run the trolling motor and/or Gigging and shrimp lights. The Gigging Lights/Shrimp light are mounted on the bow and are incluided but can easily be removed if not in use. The Lowrance is also included and works great. I do not have an attena installed so chartplotter/GPS does not work, but depth finder fish finder works great. Also includid is a Motor Guide 46lb thrust trolling motor that is not installed on the boat but can be very easily. The Bimini Top is includid as well and is attached by a track to it can be adjusted to cover more of the bow, or stern, or just middle of the boat. 2 Rod holders are also installed, also I have a trolling Spec fishing rig/rod holder set up above the motor that can be very easily removed on and off. I typically keep it off unless I am spec fishing. 2 tight/losen screws and it slides in and out how ever you like to your pref. This has been a great boat for my family and I and it is time for us to move up to something little bigger. The boat is water ready with no doubts of having any issue and going anywhere in shore or freshwater. Any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for looking. The boat is listed locally so if sold listing will be removed. thanks, -Mike

Last time it was out was to repair the dock after it was hit with ice a few years back, holding 2 guys total weight 600 pounds.  Do have the old registration (from 06) which is what is used in place of a title.  Might as well be enjoyed. It needs a good cleaning and repainting on the outside.  The paint job is shot, but the wooden seats are fine.  It will need a piece of wood cut for the back to accommodate a small kicker motor.  It did have a small Mercury 9.9 on it.  It has no holes or any other damage that would cause a leaking issue.  Comes with the original oars.  Nice solid boat. Most Holiday Mansion hulls were a modified cathedral bow entry that sloped slightly to an almost flat bottom at the stern. A substantial center skeg allowed fair stability for tracking in some models. The normal single or dual inboard/outdrive power combination provided enough power for cruising. Higher output engines enabled many boats in the 35 – 39 foot range to ride on plane and even pull skiers. Displacement for the dry boats was around 16,000 lb (7.25 metric tons) for the basic 35’ model to over 22,000 lb (10 metric tons) for the 49’ coastal models. Fully outfitted and fueled, the boats could displace much more. This meant that weekenders and live-aboards alike could keep the boats loaded with equipment and stores and still be able to cruise safely and efficiently. Although many different models were offered with hundreds of possible variations, the general layout and configuration of the boats were rather consistent between models. Most boats had an upper salon with helm controls at deck level. Aft and a few feet lower than deck, a galley with a convertible settee was standard. Below the salon was a cuddy cabin consisting of two double beds with a narrow passage between them. Sometimes a storage locker or dresser was installed in place of one of the berths or the berth width was lessened to accommodate it. A stand-up head was placed under the helm allowing room for an enclosed stand-up shower or 36” tub surround in addition to the head and small sink. Hull configurations Although the superstructure remained consistent on most models, the profile differed according to the various options. A "Coastal" package was included on many boats. This was an additional fiberglass "skirt" above deck level that circled the superstructure at the gunnels. This also added an additional two feet of overall boat length at the bow. Despite some beliefs, this did not add ability to the boat for cruising in rough water. The hull shape remained the same and the only benefit of the coastal package was reduced spray and the shipping of water over the bow. Two basically different superstructures (fiberglass top of the cabin) were available on the 35–41 foot Holiday Mansion models. One superstructure allowed for the salon and galley configuration mentioned above and had a large aft deck with lids covering the engine compartment. Another extended the superstructure all the way aft over the engine and allowed for an additional stateroom and head aft of the galley. In this configuration engine access was gained by an engine lid that doubled as a berth support. The superstructure was also pushed out to even with the gunnels. This eliminated the walk around deck, but allowed more room for the aft stateroom and galley. Flybridges were options that many Holiday Mansion owners chose. This outside helm allowed extra seating on top of the superstructure over the salon as well as a place to pilot the boat outside. Maneuvering the boat was easier given the 360 degree unobstructed view. Stainless stanchion posts and lifelines added to the profile as well as adding safety for navigating the decks underway or at rest. Later flybridges added a fiberglass radar arch. A swim platform was included on most Holiday Mansions. Some models had an integrated fiberglass platform that added to the LOA of the boat. Others had added teak or fiberglass platforms that were not considered when naming the model by its length. Power Most models came equipped with single or dual gas engines with outdrives. . Fuel tankage was a respectable 100–300 U.S. gallons (380–1140 liters) set in two tanks on opposite sides of the engine compartment. Volvo engines were available with power ranging from 200–450 hp (150–335 kW). Amenities Most Holiday Mansions came standard or factory equipped with the following creature comforts to create that "home from home" feeling: Liquid Propane oven and burnersWater heater30–120 gallon potable water storagehead with holding tank or MSDshower and head sinkgalley sink12 V and 120 V refrigeratorroof mounted a/c12 V lighting Models and lengths Most Holiday Mansions were named for their length. There were other designating monikers that concerned hull and superstructure additions. The following is a brief (and probably not all-inclusive) list of the designations: Aft-Deck Coastal – same as Coastal above with superstructure accommodating an aft stateroomWide-Body Aft Cabin – 35' 3? LWL, marketed at 39' LOA, having a coastal package and flared gunnels that brought the beam to 14'. The superstructure allowed an aft stateroom

You'll be surprised how many times that Bikini Top has come in handy while out in the middle of a lake and some rain comes in...   So to sum it up: Hull - 2007 Legend/Weldcraft Engine - 2004 Evenrude 225 hp High Output Jet Trailer - 2004 Nationwide Tandem      For more specifications see the below description:   Model 19-60V Bass: 19' 6" long 84" Beam Coast Guard Safety Standards  100 Gage All Welded V Bottom Aluminum  30" Rear Corner Gussets Wrapped In Tread Plate  2 Aerated Live Wells  Rear Live Well 49.5" Insulated And divided  Front Live Well 37"  Painted Hull to olive drab w/ custom boat cover Lockable Storage & Rod Box  Tread Plate Bow  Running Lights Front And Rear  Wired For 12V Or 24V Trolling Motor  Power Trim And 12V Plug On Bow  Tinted Windshield  6 Custom Boat Seats  Storage Under Cross Seat 3 Locations  5 ft.
