For Sale is my 16 ft Lowe Jon Boat with a 2005 40hp Johnson tiller motor. The Boat is in great condition I use the boat regularly with my Wife and Son for fishing, Flounder Gigging, Diving, Scalloping, Shrimping, and just Cruising to the islands. This boat flies in runs about 25mph with the wife son and I in it. Boat can run in approx 6-8 in draft. Very skinny water capable. The Motor is a 2005 Johnson 40hp Electric Start and runs great. Last year just to be safe I went ahead and had prop seals replaced, and lower unit oil drained and filled fresh. There was never an issue just thought better be safe then sorry and get it done once a year. I treat this boat as if it was one of my children, everything needs to be perfect. 4th of July 2014 this year my family and I took this boat 12 miles roughly from the dock to the scallop grounds out in the Gulf of Mexico. Never missed a beat she ran beautifully on 6 Gallons of fuel. Boat comes with 2> 6 Gallon Gas Tanks The boat also has a Trailor in good condition leaf springs, tires and bearings are all in good shape and I would feel comfortable driving anywhere. The only issue with Motor is last year my Manuel assit took a dump. The Manuel assit is a device under the motor that would assit and lock the motor in a tilt position. Since this is no longer in use I have a small piece of preassure treated 1x1 that i slide in that does the same in keeping the motor up in say the locked posotion. Other than this the Motor is Flawless. I built the bow with pressure treated wood last year and then soaked it with many coats of water sealer to protect from weather. I did the same with the floors in the boat. below the bow has an compartment space typically for the anchor but has a ton of room for other thing like rain jackets etc. I installed a 4 swithch panel for lights and accersory and ran all the wires/fuses down side to the 2nd battery. 4 seats inserts are included and installed in the benchs, but seats are not included with the sale of the boat. I converted the livewell in the center of the boat into just a storage for safety supplies, life vest etc. the Stern Bench has a big storage compartment where I tend to keep couple of tackle boxs, bait nets, rain jackets, tows and others. this boat HAS ALOT OF STORAGE FOR IT'S KIND. I have 2 Batteries in the Boat, 1 Deep Cycle Marine Battery behind were I sit to Run the Running Lights, the Lowrance fish finder/chart plotter/depth finder. The second battery Deep Cycle Marine Battery as well as you can see in photos is to run the trolling motor and/or Gigging and shrimp lights. The Gigging Lights/Shrimp light are mounted on the bow and are incluided but can easily be removed if not in use. The Lowrance is also included and works great. I do not have an attena installed so chartplotter/GPS does not work, but depth finder fish finder works great. Also includid is a Motor Guide 46lb thrust trolling motor that is not installed on the boat but can be very easily. The Bimini Top is includid as well and is attached by a track to it can be adjusted to cover more of the bow, or stern, or just middle of the boat. 2 Rod holders are also installed, also I have a trolling Spec fishing rig/rod holder set up above the motor that can be very easily removed on and off. I typically keep it off unless I am spec fishing. 2 tight/losen screws and it slides in and out how ever you like to your pref. This has been a great boat for my family and I and it is time for us to move up to something little bigger. The boat is water ready with no doubts of having any issue and going anywhere in shore or freshwater. Any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for looking. The boat is listed locally so if sold listing will be removed. thanks, -Mike

burmeselady Store Vintage 1962 12 ft STARCRAFT Aluminum fishing row boat w/ Oars water tight For sale is a 1962 STARCRAFT 12 FOOT Riveted Aluminum Row boat.  Been stored at Keuka Lake and hasn't been used in a few years. Last time it was out was to repair the dock after it was hit with ice a few years back, holding 2 guys total weight 600 pounds.  Do have the old registration (from 06) which is what is used in place of a title.  Might as well be enjoyed. It needs a good cleaning and repainting on the outside.  The paint job is shot, but the wooden seats are fine.  It will need a piece of wood cut for the back to accommodate a small kicker motor.  It did have a small Mercury 9.9 on it.  It has no holes or any other damage that would cause a leaking issue.  Comes with the original oars.  Nice solid boat. The pictures show it with fold down seats and fishing vests.  these can be purchased additionally and are NOT included in the sale. Beautiful, generously equipped and meticulously cared for freshwater J46 owned by senior couple. Used only for day sailing and minimal light cruising in northern Lake Michigan, Lake Huron and Lake Charlevoix for only 12 four month seasons (was not launched in 2012 and 2013). Always kept in inside heated storage when not in the water for the four month summer season. It is in pristine condition. J/46 may be the only investment grade sailing yacht of its size not requiring professional crew to sail at designed performance levels…..or to maintain. Two people can easily manage her upwind and down to achieve the same 8 knot passage-making speeds under sail that is possible when motoring with 76hp diesel auxiliary. The joy of sailing the perfect boat is, after all, a goal we believe every owner ultimately seeks. To insure that good sailing days are spent sailing rather than scrubbing and varnishing, J/46 is designed to be virtually maintenance-free. Her exquisite joinerwork is protected from the sun……below decks where it’s beauty can be preserved More photos available in this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QEllizB6x4FKTe3kGwlbjYaLgJMrQEg8x6PdVtIa14Y/pub Factory Options: Refrigeration Package: -Seafrost Mechanical Refrigeration.-Additional Plates & controls for Freezer.-Supplementary 110VAC Shore power Assist. Helped by new materials and techniques, they evolve from the joint experiences of designer, builder and owners to become state-of-the-art. J/46 is such a vessel, inheriting the proven hull shape of the J/44, an offshore blue water classic, having won the Fastnet, Sydney-Hobart, NYYC Queen’s Cup and Trans-Atlantic races. J/44 is the only Class of yacht ever to be given its own class start by the Cruising Club of America in the Newport-Bermuda Race. To create the J/46, a foot of sailing length is added for speed; a transom swim/boarding platform for convenience; a carbon fiber mast and low VCG 6.2’ shoal draft keel for more stability; and a resin-infused, composite hull and deck for greater strength. Below decks, the choice was clear, use the same beautifully varnished cherry or teak joiner work, entertainment center and styling so highly acclaimed in our deluxe J/160. J/46 is a maxi-Ditch yacht, the tallest yacht that can fit under the bridges of the Intra-Coastal WWaterway. Yet she is non-intimidating. A high length-to-beam ratio on the waterline of this sea-kindly yacht significantly improves tracking offshore in large waves and makes sail plan balance less critical. J/46 sails with either main or jib only, always responding predictably to a light touch on the helm. Sail power with good stability allows cruising with working jib rather than large genoa. That’s less work for the crew and improved visibility for the person on the helm. J Boats’ unique spinnaker system makes downwind sailing possible for two. A modern asymmetric spinnaker attaches to the top of the anchor roller, is contained within a cockpit-controlled snuffer, and is stored, ready-to-use, in the bow locker. The spinnaker is hoisted to the masthead, 2’ above the headstay intersect, leaving space for the snuffer to shift on a jibe. Jibing is then easy. One simply lets off one spinnaker sheet and pulls in the other.

Her 22' beam provides 2000 sq. ft. of living space on two interior levels and an additional 1500 sq. ft. of deck space, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The twin 135 HP Mercury outboard engines provide adequate power to handle Hawaii's waters on the occasional sunset cruise. The flat bottom design also drafts just 3' of water. The upper level of the two-story boat is a spacious living area with a master suite. The bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting, built-in oak cabinets and walk-in his and hers closets. The large bathroom is tiled with a full shower, Raritan marine toilet with wastewater treatment system and a single sink. There is also a lovely Jacuzzi tub with a waterfall faucet. Outside the master stateroom, there is a laundry closed with a space saver GE washer and dryer. Down the stairs to the lower level, you'll find the family room, galley, dining area, breakfast bar, desk and library. As is evident from the photos, this main living area is spacious yet cozy and is perfect for full-time living or occasional entertaining. Your family or guests will enjoy the large screen TV, stereo system, 4-seater chaise-lounge sofa and the custom stained glass port holes. The galley is as nice as if not better and more spacious than many home kitchens in Hawaii. Appliances include a full-size residential GE refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave along with ample tiled counter space and storage cupboards. Adjacent to the bright, open living area is a very generously proportioned guest quarters, separated by a submarine-style water-tight door. The guest stateroom consists of a stand alone double bed and a built in double berth/sofa with loads of built-in wood storage and a custom entertainment center. The guest cabin connects to the upper level and master suite via steel steps. At the top of the steps there is another spacious bathroom with an enclosed shower. From the aft deck, a ladder leads to the wide open and beautiful full roof deck. Underneath the exterior aft deck there is a large lazaret/workshop. Vessel Structure Details: She is a multi-compartmented, welded steel hull shell w/ steel, timber, ply-FRP decks and superstructure. Concrete ballasting is cast in the hull shells below the cabin/superstructure soles. Her electricity systems are 12v/120v/240v with shore power and a separate generator. She was designed to be self-sustaining with 12 solar electric panels and a solar water heater but can also be connected to shore power. The current owners are the first and only owners, who designed and built this truly unique yacht starting in 1994. It took four months to craft the hull out of steel, then another year and a half to perfect the interior. She was completed in 1997. Don Stoddard is the marine engineer/architect and builder.
