2007 Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, This is a fantastic looking 2007 Malibu 23' Wakesetter with a Malibu Monsoon 5.7L engine turning 340 HP. The boat has been in the garage its entire life, no salt water, and shines like new. We just replaced ALL the upholstery with new top of the line Silvertex viny. It has the appearance of a woven textile, is manufactured with Silverguard technology that is a natural germ fighting defense and has Permablok3 a stain fighting abrasion resistant treatment. The carpet was replaced with some very high quality carpet so this boat really looks fresh and runs great. The boat also features Malubu's patented "Wedge" system and four ballast tanks to make the boat's wake match the varying skill level of riders. The boat has a tower with bimini top and speakers, Monsoon 5.7l 340 HP V-8 motor. The engine is mounted in the rear with a V drive for a big open seating area for up to 14 people. The Wakesetter 23 LSV is the boat of choice for families and pros alike. It offers the versatility to suit most levels of riders, as well as the on-board comfort factor to please even the most discriminating families. Its forward-cab interior design create a roomy main cabin with plenty of space for riders to chill out in between sessions. Customized dash and TEAK swim platform. The Wakesetter 23 LSV is nothing if not versatile. Equipped with the wake-specific V25 hull and 1,250 pounds of ballast, this 23-foot V-drive produces wakes with rounded peaks, long transitions and soft landing zones that will make you feel like a pro whether you are one in real life or not. It caters to beginning, intermediate and advanced riders so well, in fact, that Darin Shapiro used it as the official tow boat at his wakeboarding school in Florida. This boat handles much like the big V-drive that it is, but it's able to maintain a remarkable degree of solid control thanks to the deep Gorilla tracking fins that keep it on the line.SPECSCruise: PerfectPassPassengers: 14Dry weight: 3,900 lb.Draft: 27 in.Load capacity: 1,885 lb.Fuel capacity: 55 gal.Storage capacity: 86 cu. ft.Center: 44 cu. ft.Rear: 42 cu. ft.Platform: 13 sq. ft.Interior gunwale height: 29 in.Sun-pad area: 22 sq. ft.Engine: Malibu Monsoon 5.7L, 340 hpProp: Acme 13.5 x 16 four-bladeCruise: Malibu Precision ProBallast: 1,250 lb. total; LCD dash gaugeTower: Illusion X with quick-pin releasePylon: Swivel, retractableDriver's seat: Swivel, bolster, adjustable lumbar supportDash: Hand-wrapped vinyl, billet aluminum insert, tilt steering wheel, 25th-anniversary featuresGauges: 5-inch Medallion, plus LCD screenGas fill: Dual rearCooler: 60 qt., under side seatingCup holders: 19, stainless steelRub rail: Stainless stesteelPlatform: Teak, removableTable: Removable $41500

This is a classic Sparkman & Stephens designed ocean-racer, with a great reputation as a very well-balanced, comfortable, and strong sailing vessel. I've owned it for 5 years and have maintained it in good condition. It's ready to take on the Harvest Moon Regatta, sail down the ICW, or do a Gulf crossing. This model boat has sailed around the world many times and makes for an excellent cruiser or weekender. The Yankee 30 is a classic design with a very good reputation for being over-built and handling well under sail. The mast is tall, keel-stepped, and provides a high-aspect sail plan. Motion comfort is increased due to high ballast to displacement and narrow beam, which affords a stiff, dry ride to weather. The rudder is bustle and skeg-mounted, providing good steering. My favorite feature is that this boat will sail beautifully by herself with simple sheet-to-tiller steering on almost all points of sail. All systems are in good working condition, and I take the boat out regularly in Galveston Bay, often single-handed. I'm selling it to upgrade to a larger boat. I have posted an information page at http://www.yankee30.com that lists technical specs and describes some of the boat's amenities, which are replicated below. It is currently berthed at Legend Point Marina in Kemah, Texas. The slip is transferrable and leased monthly. There are no liens on this boat. The registration is current, and I have a clean title for both the hull and the outboard. Many years ago the boat was USCG documented, but is no longer. It could return to USCG documentation if desired. Please view a more full set of pictures at: http://clients.nashbaker.com/vim I am selling this boat as as is with no warranty, expressed or implied as to condition, description and usability. I will make every reasonable effort to disclose any defects or other items of concern specifically relating to this item and its contents. If you have any questions, please contact me through eBay and I will answer promptly. I have spent a lot of time with this boat, and know every square inch of it. I'm happy to give you my honest opinion of any matter that you'd like to discuss. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Draft 4 ft. 10 in. Beam 9 ft. LOA 30 ft. LWL 23 ft. Displacement 8700 lb.
