1978 Islander MK II Tall Around 200 of these Robert Perry-designed classics were built back in the '70s and they're as popular today as ever. This is a solid fiberglass hull with a plywood cored deck for strength. No balsa wood in this boat. She has new sails in 2009 and 2010. The electronics were new in 2010 and 2012. Stratoglass upgrade on dodger in 2011. All running rigging leads to the cockpit. New winter cover by White Lake Canvas. This Islander 32 has the larger Westerbeke 25 hp diesel engine, therefore no lack of power going in to head seas. Come and sail Black & Tan away today!
