The boat has had many new parts installed. Some cosmetic work is required from the new owner to make it perfect. A newer Honda outboard, Yanmar diesel motor is in great condition. All rigging and sails are in good condition. The seller has provided a great head start at building out this boat. The inside of the hull was gutted, and new stringers and bulkheads were installed. They are glassed in and have three coats of gel coat to seal them permanently. New chain plates have been installed. The boat can be checked as is where it is. The slip is not available. In general, this vessel appears to be in serviceable condition. However, it has been on the hard for about five years. The current owner purchased it just before COVID began and was never able to get back in the US (from Canada) to sail her. The exact sail inventory is unknown. There are lots of sails stored in the quarter berth but they have not been taken out to inventory and their condition is not been verified. Prospective buyers should depend solely on their own expertise and experience, or that of a qualified marine surveyor, when determining the fitness of this vessel for their purposes. Accommodations on this Hunter Cherubini 37 include a V-berth with hanging locker and large deck hatch, aft cabin, and a vanity sink, mirror, shower, and head. The main cabin has a centerline table that converts into a double bunk with a single couch. Sleeps seven. The roomy and comfortable U-shaped galley has a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water, a refrigerator freezer unit, and a two-burner stove with an oven, a wood stove cover, storage, and counter space. In the salon there is a flat-screen television, a DVD player, and a bunch of DVD movies that come with the boat. A 1995 three-cylinder, 30 horsepower, Yanmar 3QM30 diesel provides auxiliary power.
