This 1982 Hunter Sailboat named Cassiopeia contains a well maintained 20 horsepower Yanmar Marine 30 gallon Diesel engine and has an 88 gallon water tank and a 20 gallon black water tank (these being approximate capacities). This beauty is completely refurbished, showing off a new bottom job, a repainting of the hull, exterior deck, and interior. All of the woodwork aboard has been refinished and the cushions have been covered with Sunbrella. The interior cabin boasts granite countertops, all new plumbing fixtures, a 40" television, lighting that has been updated to LED lighting, a new stove and oven, and hot water tanks. Also, the Cassiopeia is equipped with a custom dingy davit, and propane bottles and lockers have been installed. The technology aboard includes a Ray Marine HD sound finder for fish, Ray Marine E7-D chart plotter and built in weather, GPS, and a Ray Marine Auto-Pilot I-70 Display (wheel drive X-S Auto Pilot). A Ray Marine Tri data speed, depth, water temperature, display, and gauges (ST60). PROJECT BOAT: Twin 454's, One has a blown head gasket. Speed Master 3 drives and transom assembly in good condition. Set of Borg Warner transmissions. One needs service and one needs to be rebuilt. estimated cost for rebuild is 2k. Two new 150 gallon fuel tanks. Hull is good condition, however, transom and rear stringers need to be replaced. estimated cost 8-10k. Clear coat on the deck is sun faded and chipping. The paint on the sides of the hull is in excellent condition. Interior is in very good condition. There are a couple spots, but overall in great condition. Trailer is a 1982 triple axle with bran new tires and hubs replaced less than 6 months ago and have a total of 400 miles on them. It also has a new spare to go with it. The motors and transmissions are out of the boat and ready to be worked on. We started this a a project dream boat. I have ran it, and she handled waves like I've never felt before.
