Cazador was purchased in May of 2008 and has been constantly upgraded for use in Southern California. The Blackfin 29 SF is referred to as a pocket battle wagon because its seaworthiness and speed gives it the ability to compete with much larger sportfishers. The boat was designed by marine architect Charles Janice and is considered to have best in class construction for its vintage. The boat works well for offshore fishing, island fishing, and cruising with the family. It is safe, fast, and fuel efficient. The engines were installed new in 2001. They are dependable and have lots of life left in them.
