The boat could use a complete exterior and interior detail. There are a lot of items in the cabin that needs to be organized and stowed away. The bottom paint is overdue, the bottom may need to be cleaned before the boat can be moved. The running rigging is weathered, the standing rigging may need to be tuned. The seller states the sails are in useable condition. The interior woodwork needs refinishing. There are signs of water intrusion and wood damage The engine looked to have minimal corrosion, and was clean. The bilge was clean. The headliner in the aft cabin and head is missing or damaged.
