This vessel appears to be in very good condition, and all systems work per the seller. The full enclosure in the upper helm is relatively new, frame, canvas, and isinglass. The bottom was cleaned and painted in March 2021. The horn does not work, but a hand-held one will suffice instead. The refrigerator works but does not get really cold. The searchlight works but does not rotate. The Robertson Auto Pilot only works from the lower helm. The Simrad GPS is newer per the seller as is the VHF radio. The macerator in the head does not work Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase. Her 11' 6" Beam gives her plenty of room throughout and with her upper and lower helm stations, she is easy to handle no matter what the weather. She is fully equipped with Marine Air A/C units, a Next Generation 3.5 Kw diesel generator, and is powered by Twin Hino 4-cylinder turbo diesel Inboards of 135 hp each. She also has a closed water cooling system so you don't have to worry about flushing the motors after each use, although the seller devised a good system for flushing it should you choose to do so. You'll appreciate the great cabin layout with plenty of seating, a full galley, a head with shower, and 3 sleeping areas, a V-Berth up front and a full-sized queen bed aft, and the settee folds down for a third sleeping area. There is a Mantus anchor with about a hundred fifty feet of chain, and also a Danforth anchor with chain and rope. There's even a Webasco diesel furnace should you need one, that runs off of the engine heat. This Bayliner 3888 appears to be in good condition and well-kept. The previous owner did a lot of work to her back in 2019, both mechanically and cosmetically. Even the helm enclosure was installed new back in 2019. There are a few known issues aboard: The Furuno radar isn't currently functioning, the autopilot is not working, the heater in the salon is not working and the generator won't stay running. A recent survey suggested that the struts be reset, specifically the starboard strut. There are two water tanks in the Bayliner, but only the forward tank is in use, as the midship tank has a leak. Many places where there will be a project needed to bring it up to speed. There is currently a 2 x 10 laying on the floor of the berth that you must walk on or you will fall through. Apparently, there was water coming into the boat for years from the front that was collecting on the floor and eventually rotted out the wood. It has been in storage for several years so it now so it does have a little sun damage to one plastic side panel maybe it will clean right up, some of these pictures where taken just before it was parked in long term storage. has some mildew build up but cleans up real nice. this boat just needs some minor cosmedic repair and the trailer is in great condition and it by itself sells new for way more than what im asking for both. You are mainly bidding on the motor that this boat has. It has 1996 Mercury 150 EFI that was completely rebuilt 2 years ago, the water pump and impeller were changed last year as well. Motor runs great and starts right up. After rebuild (completed late summer 2013) I took the boat out once, then in 2014 I took it out maybe three times. I'd say there is a total of 2 hours of run time on the motor after it was rebuilt. The boat itself is just what you would expect from a 26 year old boat that is all original, mainly cosmetic as it has the original carpet and seats. The trailer is also original, but is in great working condition, has newer LED lights and I have never had a problem with it. Boat began having issues with the electric trolling motor that is up front, it may be just a simple electrical issue or maybe just one of the batteries (it has 4). Was working a few weeks ago when I had it out, and then just quit.
