1999 Yamaha Exciter 270HP The Yamaha Exciter 270 makes a great runabout, bowrider, or ski boat. She’s ergonomically designed to keep you in place through hard, tight turns. The 270’s patented hull design grips the water and a special keel lets her carve sharp turns. Key FeaturesOne of the most obvious features on the Exciter 270 are the jet pumps. Instead of propellers these pumps add extra safety and also allow the 270 to explore shallower waters. There are also unique access ports in the swim platform that allow you to clean out debris from the jet pumps without having to get into the water. Two side-mirrors on the helm give the driver good visibility for keeping an eye on a skier or wakeboarder. There’s also plenty of storage space, including a cooler and ski locker. Might consider trades of equal value. We are flexible, just ask. We just bought this boat and it runs great...however, it is too small for our family and we bought a bigger Jet boat. We are taking a loss on this and selling it for a good bit less than we paid if we can sell it fast and avoid having to transfer it into our name and pay the sales tax and registration fees. This little jet boat is in excellent mechanical condition and average cosmetic condition. We have new front seats for it (they are red) and will be putting them in this week. It runs very strong and is exceptionally maneuverable. This model as a single 1200 cc motor. It required only 1 foot of water and is a great little nature boat as well as a boat that can pull water skiers and water tubes. It is a flashy red and white. It has average cosmetic wear for its age but the motor is in much better shape than the average 1999. We had this boat our in the middle of a huge lake yesterday and it performed perfectly. The only reason we are selling it is that we need a bigger boat...this one seats 5 with max weight capacity of 950 lbs. With a little elbow grease, some minor vinyl repairs, and a minor cosmetic repair of the ding by the bumper (see picture) this will be a beautiful boat. We guarantee it is water worthy and if you buy it we can go with you to the lake to prove it. Trailer included. trailer just had new bearings packed and is in great shape...it can travel anywhere. For-sale- Our 1999 Yamaha Exciter 270, Boat has 270 HP from 2 135HP engines each 1200cc ( EXT 1200 ) Engines were recently rebuilt and have about 10 hours of Fresh Water Use. Boat is loaded with upgrades and looks stunning! Boat has a original Seadoo Wakeboard tower, originally from factory costs $5000. On the tower we have mounted 2 wakeboard racks, 1 wakeboard mirror, and 2 Infiniti-Ward Speakers for amazing sound while wake-boarding / tubing. Boat has a custom made wrap specifically for this boat. 2 speakers located on near the seats on left and right side of the boat.
