Really great little sailboat. ODay 20. Perfect bay sailer. Draws only 14 inches with swing keel up! About 3 feet with keel down. FRESH BOTTOM CLEANING AND PAINT IN LATE JULY 2014. Tiller steering. Teak Tiller and Wood Rudder were lovingly restored recently. All teak on the boat is in good condition. Needs a coat of cetol or other varnish in the spring. 1 set of sails - Jib and Mainsail - both in good condition in sail bags. 1 anchor. Sleeps 4 (forward and side berths). Has ice chest, sink, and never-used porti-pot. Large cockpit for the size of the boat - seats 4 - 6 comfortably. Original hardware, kleets, winches, besides one replaced kleet on the bow (I planned to replace all kleets but did not get around to all of them) Blue checkered cushions - could be replaced but will do for a few more seasons. New motor mount. Motor mount included. Outboard motor not included. We can discuss a price for the outboard - but I would rather not sell it. Has electrical panel and battery box BUT I have never tried to hook it all up. No battery included (hasn't been needed for my purposes.) Needs some rigging adjustments and updates, reasonably minor: port spreader needs replacing. standing rigging needs tightening. a traveler is needed for the mainsail. Lots of extra line - 4 or 5 life vests - fire extinguisher - drink cozies - cleaning supplies. No Trailer. Currently docked. This is a much loved boat, and was cared for. It was owned by a shipwright before me - (who did not have a motor on her! He was old school.) I really hope this boat goes to someone who will continue to take care of her and enjoy her. My schedule prevents me from going out sailing or fixing minor issues too much - and should sell. All reasonable offers considered.
