It also has it's own private head with separate bathtub/shower. This suite is beautiful, and has its own walk-out to the aft deck, with large windows on two sides (all main windows resealed 2013). The Galley is roomy with lots of storage, a full-sized refrigerator 2012, three-burner electric stove, wood laminate flooring and large bar-type serving counter. Directly across from the galley is the dinette with wraparound seating and tons of under-bench storage. The dinette folds down into a large bed. The Salon has a full sized futon that folds down into a double bed, a 20" flatscreen TV with surround sound and DVD that stays for those rainy days on the boat, and lots of windows for those sunny days (all windows have removable UV filter sunscreens to cut down on heat but allow you to see out while others cannot see in). The front cuddy cabin is WONDERFUL for kids -- we have teenagers and that's their space -- it has two double beds and its own separate head. Two large closets (one on either side) provide a ton of additional storage. There is access to the front storage area and rope locker from the cuddy cabin, as well as access to the machine room housing the air conditioners, water heater, and other equipment. The decks on this boat are something to behold, and you'll want to enjoy lots of time on them! Most standard houseboats have flush decks, and minimal railings around them; On this boat, the lower portion of the decks are fully enclosed, eliminating sea spray and providing great protection and peace of mind for small children and pets.
