2015 Contender 25 Bay Contender has used their 30 years of experience of building the finest offshore fishing machines and created the ultimate bay boat like no other. This boat is gorgeous and very well thought out. They designed this boat with forward wrap around seating which great for the family but can also be used as a step to the deck or as a mid casting deck for ruff water situations. Like all Contenders, the deck is very clean and flush. The step hull was designed by John Cosker. The boat runs about 68MPH!!! with a 300 HP Yamaha 4-Stroke! At cruise it gets about 4.5 MPG. This is incredible performance. This boat appears to be in good condition for the age of the boat. The hull appears to be in good condition, with no major dings or scratches, but it does show some scratches and wear from normal usage. Inside the boat, everything works except for the Jensen radio and the Lowrance GPS system. Everything else works as it should, per the seller. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.
