Rawson 26 foot sailboat: One of only 22 ever built. Hand laid fiberglass. The design is similar to the T-birds of the same era. This boat is in excellent condition for its age and has been a great boat for the family, which has now grown too large for us to comfortably sail this boat; we will be looking for something bigger. We've had it across the San Juans numerous times. It's a very stable boat and sails well; I've had it out in 25 knot winds with 4-6 foot seas across the straight more than once. The hull and exterior are in great shape and with a little TLC on the inside this boat has a lot of potential. That said, this was purchased as a restoration project and though most of the work is completed there's still a little left to do. Added a two-burner alcohol stove New Electrical system, wiring, and cabin lights New battery charger New fresh-water tank, plumbing, pump sink, and external freshwater fill New portable head Replaced berth cushion foam (need new upholstery New laminate floor (water proof) New paint on the deck and in the cockpit. Old deck fittings patched/filled before painting Pop-top need some love, but is functional. Needs new paint on the inside, but the surface has been sanded / prepped where necessary for the most part. It wouldn't take much to restore this. Needs new bottom paint, but the hull is clean. http: sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=5765 Equipment: 4 sails, all in great shape: Original main sail and spinnaker; 160 genoa; working jib. 2 jib halyards 1 main halyards 1 spinnaker down/up haul 2 3-sheet rope clutch cleats for halyards (1 port, 1 starboard) 2 3-sheet guides (1 port, 1 starboard) 2 lewmar 18 winches on deck for halyards Everything has been rigged back to the cockpit for single-handed sailing 2 recently serviced and rechromed Lewmar 26 winches with standard cleats Spinnaker mast eye traveler on track at front of mast Mainsheet traveler and track Boom traveler and track 2 adjustable cockpit cup holders :-) New 2014 mercury 9.9 outboard motor and tank (still under manufacturer's 3-year warranty) not included - listed at $1500 OBO Asking $2,625 without the motor; additional $1,500 for the motor; will consider all offers.

This beautiful CATALINA CAPRI 22 foot sailboat is located at a marina in Titusville, Florida. It is sail ready and comes with a 2005 Mercury 4 Hp, 4 Stroke Outboard engine with only 9 hours on the motor. The motor was last started 2 months ago. This vessel sleeps 6 people and has racing rigging. It comes with a mast, boom, spinnaker pole with a brand new "hank on" jib and storm jib. Further sails include Capri 22 Genoa and Capri 22 Main sail along with a spinnaker sail with pole, all in excellent condition. However, the roller furler at the bow is not operating properly at this time and appears to be jammed or stuck, but is presently installed on the boat. There is a small crack on one of the side cabin windows but no leakage. The rudder has some wear on the bottom but is fully functional. The boat comes with a fixed keel with a 4 ft. draft. There are no soft spots or leaks on the boat and the hull is in excellent shape with no bottom painting needed at this time. There is also an EZ Mast Erection System to raise the mast, numerous lines, brand new porta - potti, flares, anchor, life jackets, 50 amp Minn Kota Electric Trolling Motor(not working-needs repair). The boat also comes with an outboard support raising platform for the engine, which works when the engine is in the water, but has trouble in raising the engine out of the water and has some wear on it. A swimming ladder is also attached to the stern of the boat. Overall the boat is in good to excellent condition and is presently in the water with no trailer available. One forward cleat is loose but is still functional. Please keep in mind that my sailing experience is limited and although I have sailed the boat with the jib, I have not raised or sailed the vessel with either the Genoa, Main or Spinnaker sails, but with my limited knowledge all sails appear to be in "excellent condition". The boat presently needs a good cleaning on the interior of the cabin. The entire boat is being sold in "as is" and "where is condition" to include the outboard motor with no guarantee or warranty to be implied. Also included are manuals for the boat and engine. This is a SUPER BARGAIN for the sailing enthusiast! All purchasing fees are to be paid thru Paypal and the boat to be picked up within one week of the purchase. The marina here has boat slips available and allows live-aboards at a reasonable price, along with power, water and free computer connection etc. Seller has good, clear title for this great boat!

1963 Highlander # 365 built by D&M all-mahogany “A Super Natural” 20 foot mahogany Highlander class sailboat in great condition ready to sail away today. Race, daysail or cruise worthy. Stable, fast and VERY comfortable to sail with two 9 foot bench seats and a boom which tacks above head-level. 1963 Douglass and Mcleod built Highlander from cold-molded mohogany. The best builder of Highlander sailboats by far. This boat is fitted with a new aluminum spar and boom (with original wood boom) road worthy trailer, spinnaker, race and cruise jibs, full cover and two rudders. Rigged for racing, daysailing or cruising. The bottom has been West System epoxied and fiberglassed for maximum durability and speed. Very stable and fast. The transom has never been mounted with a motor mount, but could be. The mahogany is golden but with bumps and bruises from gentle use over years. This boat has been lovingly cared for and updated. Comes with a full documentation of ownership including class measurement certificate for racing, original brochures and enough to impress the next set of judges at a wooden boat show! Has been first in class at several Midwest wood boat shows. This boat has only been sailed in fresh water and has never left Ohio since it was built in 1963. $16,500 or best offer. You will not be disappointed. Doug (614) 499-1503.

There is a small crack on one of the side cabin windows but no leakage. The rudder has some wear on the bottom but is fully functional. Railing and stanchions are all solid. The boat comes with a fixed keel with a 4 ft. draft. The forward hatch has never been opened by me for water tight, containment purposes, so I am not sure how functional it is. There are no soft spots or leaks on the boat and the hull is in excellent shape with no bottom painting needed at this time. There is also an EZ Mast Erection System to raise the mast, numerous lines, brand new porta - potti, anchor, life jackets, 50 amp Minn Kota Electric Trolling Motor(not working-needs repair). A flush mounted outside compass was removed by the previous owner. The boat also comes with an outboard support raising platform for the 4 HP engine, which works when the engine is in the water, but has trouble in raising the engine out of the water and has some wear on it. However a smaller, lighter engine(2 to 3 HP) seems to work just fine and raises and lowers this lighter engine into the water with ease. A swimming ladder is also attached to the stern of the boat. Overall the boat is in good to excellent condition and is presently in the water with no trailer available. One forward cleat is loose but is still functional. Please keep in mind that my sailing experience is limited and although I have sailed the boat with the jib, I have not raised or sailed the vessel with either the Genoa, Main or Spinnaker sails because of time constraints, but with my limited knowledge all sails appear to be in "excellent condition". As a SUPER BONUS, the Seller will also add two good to excellent, high quality DOYLE Sails that "appear to be" main sails for an estimated 25 foot sailboat; the value is estimated at $1,000.00 for these 2 used sails. The marina here has boat slips available and allows live-aboards at a reasonable price, along with power, water and free computer connection etc. Seller has good, clear title for this great boat and SUPER PURCHASE!

Fair to Good Condition! I have a Catalina 27 foot 1975 outboard edition (ie made for outboards--no inboard motor) that NEEDS A LITTLE TLC. She needs some sanding and varnishing, some paint, topsides and bottom (last hauled 2012) and some general elbow grease. She needs a outboard motor. She needs sails. Mostly she needs to be gone, because I am going on vacation and want to spend my money on beer, and not on slip fees. She is IN THE WATER, up the Chickahominy River in VIRGINIA. If you want a great little fixer upper, and already have an outboard ENGINE to place on her (9.8hp was great), buy her. There are no sails, so plan on getting some (she is a "tall rig"). If you have the ability to take immediate possession of this great little boat with a clear title, buy her. Slip fees paid until June 30.

I'm afraid I need to sell my Cal 22 sailboat. I bought this boat in the fall, and spent the winter making everything clean and safe. I inspected and tuned-up the mast, the hull, the upholstery, the electronics, etc.. She was launched 7 weeks ago. And unfortunately, 6 weeks ago my wife and kids decided that they hate sailing. This boat comes with a ton of extras, and a trailer. It can be easily trailed to anywhere you might wish with any kind of truck or SUV, and it draws no water. It has a 9.9 Honda that always starts, and also a very clean set of sails. The whole boat was professionally reupholstered a few years back. It has a West Marine dinghy, autopilot, stove, bbq, toilet. Because of it's length, berthing fees are cheap. I pay $100/month to berth in San Mateo. Insurance is also cheap. I pay $125/year to insure with Boat US, and $180/year for CA registration. I am happy to deliver this boat anywhere in California for a reasonable price. Here are the specifics:Motor: Honda 9.9, 5 gallon gas tank; recently cleaned and filled; 1 container of engine oilRudder: easily removable for trailering; new in 2002. Tiller: One is brand new and nicely varnished; the other is a spare; comes with a cover to protect the varnish; two telescoping tiller extensions; Autopilot: I'm not kidding. Who installs an autopilot on a 22 foot sailboat?Transom traveler: keeps the cockpit nice and cleanStanchions: Vey solid; guardrails were recently inspected and tightened; new guardrail covers come with the boat, as well as baby or pet netting. Sails: mainsail, jib, genoa, and spinaker, with two spinaker poles (all new in 2003; cost approx $2400)Boom/Mast: everything washed, inspected and lubed in April 2014. Nothing overlooked. Halyards runs smoothly. Has a excellent masthead windex.Lines: All halyards and sheets washed and inspected this past winter. Electronics: Compass and depth finder mounted permanently in boat. Electric system works nicely. There is a solar panel that trickle charges the 12v battery; this powers the autopilot, the masthead light, the bow and transom lights, the cabin lights, and depth finder. All connections look good.Navigation: GPS and chart plotter (via netbook)Docking: 2 fenders, several docks lines, 2 boat hooks.Anchors: two anchors, one brand new; chains inspected, cleaned and lubed in April 2014Bellow deck; nice, clean pillows and upholstery ($1872 project in 2011); new alcohol stove, water tank, sink, toilet, cooler, removable wood dining tableEmergency supplies: flares, fire extinguisher, fog hornWinches: Nice clean winches for the jib sheetJib Furler: This thing looks like overkill on a 22-footer, but is actually really convenient, especially when you're the only person on deck who can sail. Other: Bucket with boat cleaning supplies (soap, brushes, sponges, etc. . ..); West Marine inflatable dinghy, with 2 oars and lifting strapsPaperwork: Trailer registered with DMV; has a Permanent Trailer Identification card (registration never expires); Boat is registered until January 1, 2016. DMV charges $180/year. Boat is fully insured with Boat US. The policy costs me $125/yearComes with original CAL 22 owner's manual from 1987; and the Honda outboard motor manual Delivery: I could deliver her anywhere in California for a reasonable shipping fee. Thanks for looking. Call or write with questions. Geoff

This is an outstanding READY TO SAIL Sloop. Length 27 Ft , beam 9.2Ft, draft 4.3 Ft. Used in fresh water on Lake Huron and on Lake Erie. There are impressive upgrades and improvements aboard this vessel. A new navy blue bimini was installed new this year and not on the pictures, but comes with boat. The power train consists of a professional factory rebuild on a Westerbeke four cylinder self-bleeding 30 HP Diesel (80 hrs.). Oil changes can be done in less than 15 minutes!. The attached drivetrain is 100% new as of 2014 as follows: Damper plate, Heavy duty adapter plate, Z-transmission, Coupler, Drive Shaft, Dripless seal, Cutlass bearing, Zinc, Engine rails and Mounts. This drive train provides superior maneuverability, smoothness, and quiet operation in any weather conditions and quickly starts in warm or cold temperatures. The rigging is in excellent condition with dual back stays, six shrouds and furling forestay. The aluminum mast features interior lines and floatation, All safety lines are new with heavy duty ¼ in ss cable and fittings. Sails consist of a nearly new 135% furling Genoa (This is a high end QUANTUM SAIL with all the bells and whistles) costing in excess of $2k. This sail is crispy and white complete with Sunbrella sun guard. The main is a fully battened Ray Leonard with double slab reefing and is in great shape (no rips or repairs) and comes with a matching Sunbrella sun cover. And some other items not mentioned/pictured here. There is over twenty thousand dollars invested in this fine boat. Clear Ohio title. NOTE! The trailer shown with the boat is NOT part of this auction but is available for purchase (see details below). The trailer is a custom designed trailer and built in an iso certified mfg. facility on a Venture triaxle.
