1995 Sumerset Houseboats 70x16 3 stateroom,This house boat has been lovingly restored. This boat is running like a top. Our goal is to sell this boat and upgrade to a 90x 20 house boat. New starboard 5.7 L Mercury engine on may 1 2014 with a two-year warranty. New top gelcoat May 2014, 555 hours on Port engine. New Starboard Stern drive, replaced indoor carpet and flooring July 2012. Repaired port stern drive, replaced all boots and shift cables and gimbal bearings August 2011. Updated both micro commanders 2010 and 2013.
