This boat was seized for back storage owed. This boat is in good condition, and needs nothing to enjoy today! This has always been a Great Lakes freshwater boat. The engines are in good running condition, showing good oil pressure, with 1431 original hours, and can be driven anywhere. It would make a great family cruiser or big water fishing boat owing to the large aft deck. This boat would benefit from a polish and wax to make her look her best. Both upper and lower helm stations are functioning properly. The engines are tuned and running great. The port engine is a new long block installed last month. The starboard is original and runs great. Structurally, she is good condition, with no signs of damage or abuse. There are no major scratches, nor are there any repairs. The decks are solid, and the bottom has anti-fouling paint. These boats are renowned for having fiberglass stringers that are impervious to rot. The soft goods are in fair condition. The cabin upholstery and carpet is in good shape, except the V-berth, which could use new upholstery. There are sleeping accommodations for 6 adults, 2 in the V-berth, 2 on convertible settee, and 2 on sofa/bunk beds. The galley is nice, with AC/DC refrigerator and 2 burner electric/alcohol range and sink. The head has an electric marine toilet and shower. We are helping this long time customer sell their vessel. The customer is down sizing to a smaller vessel to use. The Engine Package is a Single Mercruiser 496 MAGNUM (8.1 Liter) Multi-Port Fuel Injected Freshwater Cooled, The engine and drive were inspected fully (6/2015 by Marine Mechanics Inc, Flagler Beach, FL). The Computer Diagnostics Test Performed Reads 72 hours Total Run Time on Engine and No Active Faults. The vessel has been thoroughly lake tested and runs, superb. 2008 Four Winns F204 Deckboat. I'm the original owner of this boat which retailed for $47,751 when new. Boat is very clean and has been meticulously maintained with lots of upgrades. Boat is 21' feet long and 8.6' feet wide and has a 11 person capacity. Motor is a Volvo Penta 5.0GL engine with SX drive. Drive has been upgraded with a hydrofoil and 4 bladed stainless steel propeller so that even when fully loaded it can pull tubes, boards, skis, etc with no problem. Gas capacity is 50 gallons and fresh water capacity is 10 gallons as there is a fresh water sink and sprayer. All interior and dashboard lighting has been upgraded to red LED lights and the exterior lights, freshwater sprayer and fuel vent have been upgraded to chrome. Blue LED lighting has been installed under the rear swim platform of the boat. The boat comes with a built-in cooler, a table with 2 cup holders that can be set up in the rear of the boat, fill-in cushions to fill in the U-shaped seating in the rear as well as the entire front bow seating. The stereo has recently been replaced with a Fusion stereo with integrated IPOD dock. The original speakers were replaced with 4 Polk speakers and a Kenwood amp & subwoofer were added. Boat comes with Binimi top and snap-on front and rear cockpit covers. Boat comes with the factory Four Winns tandom axle trailer with LED lighting and 4 wheel surge disk brakes. Trailer has been up graded with a boat buckle in the front. Bunk carpet and nonskid was replaced last summer along with all 4 tires with top of the line Maxxis radial trailer tires. The trailer also has a covered spare tire that has never been used. Boat is very clean and in excellent condition with 150 hours on it. I have paperwork documenting everything that was done to it and when, i.e. plugs, plug wires, cap & rotor replaced last year, etc. Boat has always been stored indoors or with it's cover on. There are a few small marks from docking which is typical of a boat being used for several years. I'm selling the boat because my kids are all off to college now so it's getting little use.
