2002 Alumaweld Stryker Sportjet The full boat, motor and trailer package is model year 2002 with the exception of the Mercury 9.9 HP 4 Stroke Kicker with power tilt and electric start which is model year 2007. The TR-1 Remote Steering System was also installed in 07. There are a few dents and dings on the sides and bottom common with jetboats, but are purely cosmetic and do nothing to detract from it's perfomance capabilities. This is the 175 Horsepower Mercury Sportjet V-6 which performs like a slalom course racer in tight turns, but also can reach speeds in the 40's when needing to cover long distances. The fishfinder is a Hummingbird 788c with GPS although it's GPS system may need attention to operate properly.

2003 Motion Marine Mojet LX Recently ran like a champ (2-25-2017) out on the Willamette River and the boat was too quick back to the launch for the Lowrance Elite-7 Sonar GPS system to activate speed over ground although was easily running over 45 MPH powered by the Mercury 200 Horsepower EFI Sportjet. The hours are low in the 250's on the motor and fired up in the first second which is what's nice about the 200 EFI motor not to mention it just about never needs tune ups. The boat corners like it's on rails and although if trying hard enough surely I could have completed a 180 degree turn in it's own boat length it's easy to tell this is a whole different machine compared to the Alumaweld Stryker's, Thunder Jet Luxor's and North River Sportster's. It has a newer top and newer matching vinyl wrap plus has had a recent aluminum polishing job completed and although it gives the appeal of being a solid 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 from around 20 feet it does have some edge from an up close perspective showing some minor saltwater wear on parts that are not galvanized and or aluminum. Honestly though the boat is a solid 7 overall and can be a high 8 with just a few minor changes, adjustments and a little bit of elbow grease. Those of you that are already familiar with the Motion Marine quality get what being said here and the ones that don't need to have a closer look to understand. For just another $2,875.00 you could add a brand new Suzuki 9.9 Horsepower 4 Stroke EFI Outboard kicker motor to complete this package perfectly.
