This Baja is in excellent condition. The seller pays attention to every detail on his boat! The boat is exceptionally clean and the engines are flushed after every use with the easy-to-access flush ports. When not in use the the boat is stored with a custom fit cover. The manifolds and risers were recently replaced Dec. 2023. The engines are serviced routinely according to the manufacturer's specifications. I have not personally seen this boat but the seller reports that it is in good condition and is kept in heated storage in the winter months. The seller has owned the boat since 2020 and has maintenance receipts that he has done. The vessel appears to be in good shape but is in need of cleaning. The upholstery appears to be in good shape and free of rips, tears, cracking, etc. Some of the vinyl at the entry to the cabin is peeling. Please see the photos. This boat is in very good condition for its age. The upholstery is clean and no deep scratches or tears were visible. Installed 2 new batteries in June 2022. The cockpit and foredecks are solid with no soft spots. The staining in the cabin carpet has been professionally cleaned and looks much better - this was from standing water when the companionway was left open. No leaks. This 2007 Baja 405 presents well for a 16+ year old high performance boat. That said, it does show some signs of use, both topside and below deck that are cosmetic in nature and do NOT impact the usability of the boat. The boat is mechanically sound and professionally maintained. The hull and original paint are in good condition and shine nicely with only a few superficial dock rubs. The most prominent cosmetic items above deck are pictured in the Gallery. The two most prominent being a small gouge at the rear starboard side above the extended swim platform and similar gouges on the port rear side of the arch. The gauges are mildly fogged but still very readable from the helm position. Below deck the interior has some spots here and there but no rips or tears and no strong odors.
