Up for sale or trade is an exceptionally well built 2016 Emerald Bay Custom patio boat. This vessel was custom built for another party but financing fell through at the end of the build and it is available now to the public. She is built of .125 5052 aluminum, pontoons, joist, railing, railing panels, rub rail, transom and all other construction. This boat is rust proof completely. It is built of heavy aluminum as opposed to the beer can type pontoons on other patio boats. She has 2 @ 25' aluminum pontoons built in separate 5' sealed sections with inspection ports. The tips are built up with 1/4" aluminum for added beaching protection. There is also a complete composite protection along the rub rail for added protection from dents and dings. The deck is lifetime marine ply coated with rubberized and slip proof coating. The pontoons are coated wit epoxy paint simply for added protection. The boat sports a new 90 HP Honda 4 stroke engine, controls and cables. She has an aluminum railing and solid canopy at 77" tall. She is powered by an elaborate solar system including 4 deep cycle 6v batteries and a dedicated 12v high cranking start battery. The electronics include a complete charging system, 2000watt inverter hooked to 120v ac outlets thruout. She has 12v lighting system and is complete with a solid canopy. She has 3 gates, open front deck and an open 2' rear deck. The helm is the center of the vessel with all new HD9 Chart plotter and GPS wit a 9" color screen. The engine is a 90 HP Honda 4 stroke complete with all Honda rigging. The trailer is custom built tandem axle trailer made specifically for the easy loading of this boat. 1997 Silver King GRANDE MASTER 18LT 1997 Grande Master Silver King with brand new Magic Trail Dual axle trailer. Unfortunately moving forces sale to the west coast.original owner and invested 20,000 last season for a full restoration (documentation, invoices and warranty come with boat). custom built to my specs to improve fishing and make it unique. The boat has low hours, it was stored indoors and always treated well. It is a side console so that you have full deck space open for fishing or passengers. The entire deck had a non skid surface installed at time of build. The boat is 18' 9" and is a rare green gel coat color. Powered by a 175 horsepower Mercury with Merc Jack plate and new ignition to engine harness, all brand new mercury gauges, mercury throttle control, new mercury premium throttle cables and a new mercury tempest plus propellor. The boat will do over 60mph if you ask it to. It has a new 10 foot Power Pole blade installed. The boat was completely inspected and restored last season by original Silver King builder Mark Scott from Portside Customs who is well known in the community as one of the best boat builders and custom installer in the Tampa Bay area. In the restoration the entire boat was stripped and everything replaced and upgraded. The rub rail was replaced with polished stainless steel, all hinges were replaced with new design friction hinges so that they stay open in any position that you would like. The latches were replaced with locking stainless steel. All lighting was replaced with LED lights front, rear, deck and baitwell. Even the drain plug was replaced with stainless steel. The entire boat was rewired and rerigged with all new electric wires, switches, pumps batteries etc. Dual bilge pumps were set up for safety. Each pump is strong enough for a 30 foot boat. The live well was set up with a new pump and also recirculates and has a timer switch to have the well come on periodically. The boat has Bennett trim tabs with new adjustment switch and a new tab level display device was installed on the dash so you can see what position each tab is in. A brand new stainless steering wheel was installed along with stainless steel steering ball. The ignition is new including ignition cutoff switch, new jack plate switch. A new 2016 model Garmin Color GPS/depth finder/fish finder was installed. Custom aluminum triple rod holders were installed on each side of the console. A high water alarm is also installed as well as an electric horn. A new Lowrance emergency radio with AM/FM Radio is installed. I have both flat cushion seats and bucket seats for the boat. I have the front fishing platform for site casting. Lastly a custom made Sumbrella material cover is included with the boat. The boat was left with the shop for a week to custom cut and build the cover. The color matches the boat and includes covers for the boat trailer wheels. The boat was recently buffed and I have a new exterior

ZUMA Fiberglass Sailboat and Aluminum Trailer, (small sailboat)

This is a beautiful ZUMA sailboat with a Trailex 250-L aluminum trailer. The boat has large comfortable seating surfaces, a classy looking rudder and centerboard and a really nice reverse transom. This boat looks like a mini yacht being towed down the road. It is a Vanguard built boat, laid up by hand in Portsmouth, RI. It has only been sailed a couple dozen times, and has the original bright gelcoat finish. It has been covered or garaged for most of its life, and it shows. As the pictures taken in the last year or so attest, it looks wonderful. The ZUMA was made by the same folks who build the Laser; but the ZUMA, in my opinion, is much nicer to sail with two people than the Laser. It is a fun boat that is not quite as high in performance as the Laser, but is easier to set up, and requires, perhaps, less athleticism too. It has a zippered luff, so that the sail can be raised and lowered with a halyard; meaning the mast does not have to be lifted in and out every time with the sail already up like a Laser. It takes just minutes to set up, and requires little maintenance. It does move along quite nicely, too. Beginners can sail this boat; or folks like me, with over thirty years of sailing experience, can enjoy it too. The ZUMA is good for almost any age sailor. The boat only weighs 130 pounds and can be towed by most any car out there with a hitch. Be sure, of course, to check your particular car's owner manual. Trailer and all, the towing weight is only around 275 pounds; thanks, in part, to the compact and lightweight alluminum trailer. This boat looks like it is only a year or two old, and it comes with nifty extras. The NORTH sail is in wonderful, almost new, shape. But that's not all. I include a virtually new Neil Pryde sail too. Both sails are very nice looking; and you can change the look of the boat in minutes with just a sail change. It has a Harken tiller extension on a beautiful laminated tiller, and the single bulkhead port has been expanded to two, with storage bags in each port. The lines are all like new and bright in color. The traveler block set is upgraded to the one piece design from the Laser. This package includes a rudder cover and an APS centerboard storage bag. I will also include a HAWK wind indicator, and other little extras (tie-downs, etc.). The SILVA compass was standard on the ZUMA, and is, of course, included. The Trailex 250-L aluminum trailer supports the boat by the gunwales to avoid stress on the bottom. The tires (with galvanized rims) are less than two years old, and I will include a brand new spare with galvanized rim. The spare tire is not mounted on the trailer; but can be stowed in the trunk of a car or back of a truck. The trailer comes with rear LED lights, too! There is also a custom Sunbrella boat cover included. The cover, as might be expected, is the one thing that shows the most signs of wear. It has done its job of protecting the boat, though, and should continue to so so for quite some time to come. New covers should be readily available when this one needs replacing. Pictures tell a good story; but here is some additional information regarding the pictures provided here. The sailing pictures were taken in June of 2014 on the Intracoastal Waterway between Pensacola Beach and Navarre. Most pictures show the boat before the second port was added. Some ZUMA's came with one port, some came with two, for seemingly no rhyme or reason. The boat looks much more balanced with two, and it's handy for extra storage too. Storage bags for the ports are included. I also include two spare port storage bags. Also included is a small oar that can be stored inside the hull. The oar was sized to fit right through the port. An important note: The ZUMA logo on the top of the boat was removed earlier this year. I hated it, and thought the boat looked much more refined without it. I had no intention of selling it when it was removed a few months ago. I kept one of the vinyl letters so that it could be reasonably matched by a sign shop; if you were so inclined to put a logo back on. It looks (IMO) so much nicer now. The boat has some small crazing of the gelcoat here and there (like most any fiberglass boat), and there are a few scratches, but none of that detracts from the overall beauty of the boat. There is normal wear and tear and some rust on the leaf springs of the trailer, but overall it really looks like a year or two old boat and trailer package. You have to see it to appreciate it. The boat is in Tennessee, and if you are within driving distance, it awaits your inspection. I have always taken really good care of my boats. This boat was owned originally by a friend who worked in the sailboat business. He has always taken, perhaps, even better care of his boats than me. It is almost impossible to believe how good this boat looks for its age. Of course, nothing's perfect, but your friends may think it's a new boat. This boat could be a Christmas gift come true for someone wanting to mess about in small boats. New boats of this type start at prices of around 5,000; plus shipping and other costs. The aluminum Trailex trailer alone sells for about 1,100.00. A second ZUMA sail and other extras make this all even more worthwhile. This is truly a good deal. I have copies of the original point of sale literature that will be included with boat purchase; along with the rigging manual for the boat, and assembly manual for the Trailex trailer. I built it in my driveway and had neighbors twittering endlessly about it, some good and , no doubt some bad. I did get it built and moved on a reasonable schedule, I had cold days I couldn't do anything, rainy days ditto, as well as hot days. I t was moved to a marina where it now resides going on two years. As advertised, there are no leaks. I do however like the shelter provided by the slip in the marina. I would advise one thinking long and hard before beginning such a project, it is fun, but work like you may not have seen lately. An endless series of problems requiring consultation with my more knowledgeable friends to resolve something really simple as it turned out and endless gawkers and advisers can be counted on too. So the problem? My wife and I are getting on in years and outdoor activity of this type is simply not the fun it used to be. I have built several boats, so that is not new, but the joints (mine) are not renewed and that provides the problem. Here is a beautiful 1989 Sea Ray bow rider available as a complete turn key ready to go boat. Being 25 years old should not scare you when you hear all that is offered on this boat and has been done to keep it up. So lets start with the interior and as the pictures show its excellent condition, having mostly original upholstery throughout. The original cushions are all still soft and supple as should be for a well cared for boat. The rear seats however have been redone as one of the jump seats was missing when I got the boat so my upholstery shop made 2 new ones as well as recovered the top one on the engine cover and rear storage hatch. The downfall to these early boats was the wood rotted before anything else happened and this had that problem with the motor cover. it has been completely rebuilt with new wood and all glassed in and sound attenuated better than new. You can hold a conversation in boat at normal cruise without an issue of hearing. The rear floor was buckled a little so I redid the fastening of it along with a new piece also installed over the gas tank. all custom made and resin encapsulated. floors are very solid all around and all the bases have been remade as well Into the floor with glassed in anchors where applicable. The rear section is recarpeted to match and piece of carpet will be supplied to do front although I am not sure if its big enough to do all. but its easy to obtain another piece. I have new blocks also made for the rear jump seats that go on the motor house and sides so cushions can be raised up as a sun pad, they need covering and assembly to be right. you can see the area left vacant in the pictures where they go. easy finish up to accomplish. The boat comes with a bimini top as seen bow cover, and rear cover to make weather tight, and a winter cover as well for storage. When the floor was out over gas tank the tank was checked all brackets that hold redone and fastened and new supporting cushions installed as well. all the old original fuel hoses have also been replaced and the duel filter relocated so its easy to change now without dissecting half the boat. A dual battery system also has been installed with switch to select which battery is used. This year a complete new instrumentation was also installed as you can see bright sea ray Teleflex gauges, the hour meter is now in tach as ell and boat just had 25 hours of use in NH on lake trouble free and not a drop of oil used. total hours on boat are 629 showing on the factory hour meter but I am not sure if that's since engine replacement or the boat since origination itself. Speaking of that, the engine and drive were replaced in 2006 according to the person I purchased from and both being replaced at that time. The engine is B drive 250 hp mercruiser 5.7 2 bl carb unit and the serial indicates a build date of 2002, so I assume if all correct, this engine layed around awhile before an installation. I have had the dry joint manifolds checked and all are good condition with lots of life left. Motor has had complete ignition service, wires of course oil changes and new raw water pump installed this year. motor functions perfect. The drive was also serviced this year with new shifter cable, and boot, serviced and new water pump. It had a bellows replacement 2 years ago as well. all else is believed to be right up to snuff. the shifter was also rebuilt and the boat comes with a spare shifter control unit as well. The prop is a stainless steel unit as well and in good shape. runs like a top, burns between 3 and 5 gallons an hour depending on usage. easily cruises at 30 mph at 3000 rpm. Oh the trim switches were also replaced and upgraded as well so that all works correct to. A new radio and speakers were installed this years as well and works great and has remote and small amp. The trailer is a 1990 load rite roller trailer rated for I think 5500 pounds. it is in near perfect condition, the wheels and tires were new when I picked this boat up in NJ. have maybe 3 trips to nh and a few local so would say max 1200 miles on them for use. all the carriages have been disassembled cleaned and lubed and are free and floating as they should. the entire trailer has all the rollers and sleeves replaces and all new hog rings for those that ere bad as well as many new bolts. this boat will go off with a virtual light push and if the ramp is sloped goes by itself its that free and easy to get on and off. all the bearings were just replaced and correct bearing buddies added as well, has sealed lights and all work correctly and the rear member has been replaced on the trailer too! the only thing not done is repair the brake system, there is none other than the original master cylinder, no lines backing plates or anything. I have found not needed even towing with a half ton pickup and I have locally towed this with a Sonoma pickup with no problems at all. it may not be legal in all states without the brakes. Just an fyi. everyone always asks so what does it need, so here it is, the trailer the brakes only if want. the boat itself someday should have the bottom paint removed and then refinish smooth, I have not done anything wit hit in the 3 years I owned and it has been wearing off slowly, you might want to redo the front section of carpet to match the rear, and maybe reglue the ski locker carpet as it has come loose. always wet in there. may be better off without a personal call, need to fix the rear seat sun pad brackets if wanted to use them, materials are included except the vinyl. and if you are real particular might want to replace the windshield gasket at some point. pretty much all I can think off but if see something I missed ask away. Boat comes with all life jackets, covers as indicated, paddle, fire extinguisher, numerous dock lines, 2 anchors one of which is a new Danforth style, 4 bumpers and multiple docking lines, Lets go Boating !!!! shes ready to go This is a best offer style auction and still costs money to do.
