This auction is for a 21 foot 1988 Bayliner Capri which as stated above does not run and will need a motor. The current non working motor is a 5.0. The boat would not start and was taken to a boat mechanic. He actually got the boat running but stated that the motor needs to be replaced as it as two cracked heads. I still have the paperwork from the mechanic that states this. This happened due to the boat not being winterized correctly. The title for the boat and trailer are clear. The boat has no cracks in the hull. The floor is solid. All gauges and electronics work except for the speedometer. It can seat up to 20 people and as you can hopefully see in the pics has no wear or tear on the seats or interior. It has an open bowel, swimming platform, changing room, refrigerator, radio and depth finder. It includes a full rain cover, full boat cover, 16 life vests, 13 adult and 3 kids. It also comes with the tandem axel trailer with breaks that includes a spare tire with rim and 2 new replacement tires. It will need to be picked up within 7 days after winning auction. Happened on our very first trip, not in the water but pulling into a gas station, ever since we christened it the “AAAAAYLINER”. While this boat still runs strong and have yet to experience any trouble, I have noticed 1 issue over the last two seasons. While running I have noticed that one side of the dual exhaust tends to get hotter than the other, indicating it may be time to replace the cooling impellers. I also recommend a complete gear oil change and service, including changing the motor oil and installing new cooling impellers.
