Tons of recent work completed --. All kind of added extras and replacements (as noted in the detailed description.) All work professional quality. The isinglass / canvas was custom built 3 years ago. Snap on window covers. The owner spent over 10k on the canvas upgrade. Owner is only selling it because he's just getting a bit too old for the boat. Notes on the engine rebuild - The engine is Gen 6 454 7.4L BBC bored at +.030 and crank at 10/10. The engine is a roller cam, TPI fuel injection. Fuel system is all Mercruiser with a new Racor filter and water separator system. Batteries were all new in November of 22. New industrial type, Pro 4 battery charging system professionally installed by Jeremy Bishop Marine Service ($1200.00 installed) The short block was supplied by the builder "Marine Engine Supply" in Lake Tahoe and carries a 2 year warranty from 2/23. The heads were redone by Southworth Engine Builders in Eugene. Assembly and installation by Coast Diesel in Reedsport. Engine was completed and installed in July 23. This boat shows well and pride of ownership is seen throughout. This boat is on the hard at the moment but bottom painted and ready for the water. The gelcoat shines brightly on this boat and the interior soft materials are in good condition with no visible rips or tears engine compartment is extremely clean and shows no sign of rust. This 2006 Bayliner 288 Command Bridge is overall a good-looking well well-maintained boat. Interior is in very nice condition. The microwave still has some of the packing material inside. Even the upholstery on the flybridge is in great condition. There's even a canvas bridge cover to protect the upper helm when moored. There are fitted shade cloth covers for most of the windows.
