General Description The Bertram 46 Convertible was, for many years, the standard, by which other production sport fishing boats her size, were measured. Her popularity has much to do with the precise handling and impressive sea keeping characteristics of her deep-V hull, a proven rough-water performer with a wide beam and low cockpit freeboard. Actual ConditionIt was reported that this vessel took on water through a through hull fitting and sank at the dock. The water reached the top of the salon. There is damage at the transom where the lines pulled tight, and to the bow rail on the starboard side. There is extensive water damage throughout the vessel.
