The seller has prioritized the mechanical systems over cosmetics to get the boat ready for sale. She could use some TLC in the cabin and on the bridge. The teak is in good condition, but needs sanding and revarnishing. The cushions and some of the gauges on the flybridge need to be replaced. The life raft likely needs to be recertified. They have been called "amazing sea boats", especially for a 30-footer. The cockpit is and huge. It provide a ton of fishing space and a tuna door for landing the big ones! The flybridge provides you with a better vantage point to scan for birds and baitfish. There's a V-berth forward with a hanging locker and storage. The midship galley to port has a sink, a two-burner stove and an under-counter refrigerator. The V-berth filler doubles as a dinette table. There's a compact head compartment with a marine head, sink and shower. Reason for selling is has another boat.
