The original owner has kept this boat in heated garage storage since new. It has super low freshwater hours and has been professionally maintained since new. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase. Stock #353574 Low Hours! One Owner! Upgraded Gel Coat! 496 Mag HO! Bravo One XR drive with upgraded lower unit! ********************** CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER ********************** Looking for a go-fast boat that looks like it was just delivered to you new from the dealer? Able to go in excess of 70 mph from her single super low hour 425hp, 496 HO Mercruiser, driving through a Bravo One XR outdrive with upgraded lower unit. The layout consists of an aft lounge, the helm and passenger seats plus two coolers under the bow with extra storage space. The helm station is impressive with large analogue gauges and a Bluewater trim gauge displaying the leg-trim position when underway. The engine room is huge and the hatch/sunpad lifts on hydraulic rams. Clean as a whistle! This Daytona is sitting on a custom-made triple-axle trailer with disc brakes, stainless fenders, updated bunks and tires. This one is ready to be babied by a new owner! Up for sale is my 2000 Hydra sports Vector 2796 with twin 2006 model year 225 Etec's and a 2012 Ultimate brand tandem axle trailer.Motors have just under 1100 hours each. New water pumps, new plugs, new on board and on-engine fuel filters, new thermostats, new hi-pressure relief valves, new exhaust pressure fittings, new primer bulbs. I also replaced the starboard exhaust adapter with the upgraded design. The port motor had already had the exhaust adapter replaced by the previous owner. Boat has been run on XD100 since in my possession. Compression is very even across both motors. Most cylinders are right at 120 psi.Motors run strong, sip oil, and do not smoke/stink like the old carbureted two strokes. Offshore loaded gas mileage is about 1.5 at 30-32 cruise and 1.1 wide open @ 50mph. Light dinner cruise (1/4 tank gas / No gear) is about 1.8 at 32mph. Boat is propped correctly and will turn 5600-5800 WOT depending on load.Recently replaced both thru-hull ball valves, transom zinc, dynaplate, washdown, livewell & bilge pump hoses.(2) starting batteries & (1) house battery, all less than 2yrs. old and hold charge well.Bennett ST16 trim tabs work and have auto retract feature.Igloo marine cooler included, fits nicely under leaning post.3-step swim ladder included.Front bow cushions included and vinyl is in good shape, I never used them. Beautiful example of a fully optioned Hunter 356. The selling point for me was the balanced and fast sailing characteristics, 6' 5" of interior headroom & large bed to match, swim platform and all lines running to the cockpit. The vessel also has full furling so you can get the sails in and out quickly. Many features including: Raymarine depth and speed ? Raymarine RL 70 radar/plotter ? Raymarine autopilot (new in 2014) ? VHF radio ? Stainless arch ? Solar panel ? SL windlass, CQR anchor and chain, spare Delta ? Cockpit table ? Binnacle compass ? Xantrex Link 20 ? Clarion AM/FM/CD player ? Hunter gauges ? Reverse cycle air conditioning, digital controls I currently have a respected boat craftsman going through the boat making sure everything is shipshape. Known issues are the wind direction meter can be fickle and I bypassed the hot water heater. Other than that a fantastic vessel. I am selling to buy a boat to circumnavigate with. If you have a 44+ foot bluewater boat, I would consider a trade recent survey upon request.
