1998 Sea Ray 210 sundeck. Powered by a 5.0L 305 V/8 Mercruiser 230HP I am a boat mechanic with over 35 years experience, I purchased this boat this summer for my 80 year old parents to use on Lake George NY. I was told when I bought the boat that it was in excellent condition... 8,000 dollars later and countless hours working on it, I would now say it is in nice condition. Unfortunately my parents only got to use it a couple time's before heading back to Florida, I purchased the boat for their use this summer, so I no longer have a need for it. I went completely over the boat. It has a rebuilt 5.0 L Mercruiser 305 V/8 230 HP engine. I rebuilt the Alpha 1 Gen 2 Stern drive, of course it has new water pump and Hi-performance gear lube and was pressure checked. I replaced a lot of items, and spent many many hours making the hull look the way it does now, reconditioning the interior, canvas, electrical, marine stereo CD, speakers, electronics and other components, I finished it off with new graphics. The boat is now turn key, I am running a brand new 23" Black Diamond Mercruiser prop and the boat cruises nicely at 2800 rpms, 32MPH. give it a little throttle and it gets in the 40's The boat is great for pulling a tube or skier, and has lots of storage, there is even a enclosed bathroom. The boat comes with a GPS. 1994 Powerquest 257/260 Legend bowrider. With a 454 Mercruiser Magnum 7.4L 365HP. As good, if not better in quality then a Formula or Cobalt. I do not think there is a cleaner 94 Powerquest 257 then this one. This truly is a barn find, This boat has been sitting in my Barn for years. I bought this boat years ago with No Power, It has been sitting in my nice clean and dry barn, Over the past year, I re powered it with a rebuilt 454 Mercruiser Magnum (365HP) and Bravo XR Performance sterndrive. The boat has approx 300 orig. hours on it, the rebuilt engine and sterndrive have less then a hour. I have over 30 years experience as a boat mechanic, check out how neat the engine install is, (see pictures.) The boat has always been in immaculate condition, the gel coat shines like new, the interior... dash,carpets, seats, structure's and compartments are all in great shape. The boat comes with a Factory, cockpit and bow cover. There is nothing negative to say about this boat, I have completely gone over the whole boat, everything works as it should. This is a VERY deep boat, Is has lots of storage, it has a large storage area in the floor that holds, skis wakboards and such, it has a small cabin in front of the passenger helm seat and a enclosed Bathroom with marine head in front of the driver helm seat. Supra TS6m For Sale: 1 owner Supra TS6m. I bought this Supra Comp TS6m the day after my college graduation on 2/08/1989. It has been my pride & joy for 33 years. I have the original receipt from White Lake Marina in North Carolina, the many awesome Supra write ups and the original letter from George Fowler thanking me for purchasing his boat. To this day the TS6m is one of the best handling boats on the water. I have no children and I have taken care of this boat as if it were my child. A few years ago I completely refurbished the boat. The top deck was taken off and the hull was completely scraped & restored.new stringers, cross members, motor mounts, new floor (no carpet), new rudder, brand new stuffing box & stainless steel propeller. In addition, I have replaced the cockpit with all new gauges, a waterproof cigarette lighter (with usb charging), new steering wheel, the original beautiful wooden throttle knob has been refurbished and a new storage pouch has been mounted next to your left knee under the cockpit.The upholstery has been built with starboard frames so nothing will EVER rot again. I also installed a new seat mount, new motor box frame, new marine CD head unit with aux input & remote control mounted in cockpit (see pic) & 4 new marine speakers. Play your music from your phone as I have wired for an aux cable, charging capability & cell phone mount. The bimini is in excellent condition. Nothing has been overlooked in this rebuild!!Last year the fuel tank was been professionally flushed and cleaned. A new carb was recently installed ($800.00) along with a new coil along with brand new Coast Guard approved fuel line. Every year I change the Oil, Spark Plugs, Transmission Fluid, whether it needs it or not. It is an inexpensive routine!!The aluminum trailer has brand new tires, freshly packed wheel bearings, a newboat winch, new wheel jack and new trailer lights. Honestly..NO BS..This boat and trailer looks and runs better than the day I brought it home in 1989!!I know you are thinking $10,000.00 is a lot to pay. But I wont sell anything unless I know it is right. I have over $17,000.00 in this rebuild. 1996 Formula 280 Sun Sport. Very interesting history on this boat, Please read the entire listing. This boat was purchased brand new in 96, It was Only used for 2 seasons(96 and 97) and then put in storage for years, until I purchased in in Nov 2013. I am a boat mechanic with over 35 years experience, I was looking for a Formula 280 SS for my family to use at out lake house on Lake George NY, and this was the clean'ist one I could find. It only had 250 original hours on it, most of the features on the boat had never been used. I removed the engine, drive and transom assymbly and sold them.I wanted the boat as close to perfect for my family as possible. I Prepped and Painted the bilge with Interlux White Epoxy 2 part bilge paint. Then I installed all new blower motors, 2 bilge pumps, 2 float switch's, dual batteries and a new trim pump. I installed a Brand new Bravo transom assymbly. I installed a Completely rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Magnum with 385HP. The engine is carburated and is as simple as they come, very easy to maintain and work on, and very reliable. I then installed a new Bravo III Dual Prop sterndrive. The boat went in the water first week of August, this summer in Lake George and it runs GREAT. A Single engine in this boat is the way to go, it is very good on fuel, (burns only 6-8 gallons a hour) it goes up on plane quickly and runs much more efficient then twins. I cruise the boat at 3000 to 3200 RPM's and the boat is doing about 32mph, a little more Rpm's and the boat will do in the 40's no problem. The boat has approx 10 hours on the new power. Total hours on the boat are about 260, That's all. It is very large and wide, and takes any waves with ease, it drives like a Cadillac. This boat is fully loaded! The cabin has shore side power. 2 sinks. Inclosed Marine head with holding tank and monitoring system. 2 showers, one in the bathroom and one on the stern. Marine CD stereo System with new Speakers and remote. AC/DC Fridge and ice maker. Alc stove in the cockpit area. Full canvas with double bimini top to the stern, most of the canvas never used. Cockpit cover. Removable Tables for the cabin and cockpit. Power engine hatch lift and alot more. This boat is turn key ready and needs nothing. We have decided to move down south and are liquidating our toys. I could not replace this boat for what I am asking, I have alot of hours and money into it,(alot more then I am asking) whoever gets this boat will be very pleased with their purchase. My insurance company appraised the boat at 23,500 that is what they valued and insured it for. Terms of sale, A trailer is NOT included with the purchase price of the boat, this is a large boat and some people can not tow it. I DO, have a trailer that I can offer for it, at a very good price, it is a 2002 32ft aluminum triple axle trailer for 10,500 capacity. The trailer is a extra 2,000 dollars if you want it.
