10 person capacity. Cabin has V-berth and mid-berth to sleep you and your friends comfortably. Everything you need for all day and all night on the lake. Has the 7.4L (454) Mercruiser to make sure the boat has plenty of power. Often hard to find this boat and engine combination. Don't settle for the underpowered small blocks so many people purchased these with. Plenty of power to pull your friends or kids behind the boat. Such a large boat can make some large wake for pretty extreme sport. Boat was reupholstered and cleaned up a year ago. Comes with a new cover for trailering, new cockpit cover (haven't installed the snaps yet), and new bimini top. New stereo and speakers were also installed. Several other repairs since purchasing such as new prop, trim lines, anodes, freshwater impeller, belts, batteries, etc. Boat was used weekly last year and kept in good working order. Stored indoors and winterized over the winter. Throttle will need to be replaced before long, but is still functional. Marine VHF is not working, but I have purchased another that I will include, just haven't had a chance to install it. I have never tried to use the head, so I'm not sure if there are any repairs that need to be made to get this into ship shape. On this size boat it has served better as additional storage. Boat is currently in the water if local buyers want to take a look. Also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. This can be repaired by a fiberglass repair person. DELAMINATION-The Last Picture shows the Bow Pulpit with some delamination of the fiberglass gel coat. It looks like chips or cracks. This is a cosmetic issue now only affecting the gel coat, but should be addressed. Otherwise seeping water will eventually damage the integrity of the core wood. It should be repaired at the end of this season or early next. It is shown as an example of delamination which is present to a much less degree on some of the hatch covers and on almost ALL used boats. There is NO delamination on the deck or other permanent surface areas. It's a cosmetic issue on this boat. The cause is probably due to slamming of the covers year after year. Mechanically, nothing is wrong and everything is right with this great boat.It's been professionally serviced by Mercury mechanics and stored covered in the winter out of the water. Some of the updates include:Hydraulic steering was rebuilt this past fall. Reupholstered in and out three years ago and in excellent condition.New macerator on hand pumped head two years ago. 2001 Pacific Trawlers 40 Pilothouse There are few pre-owned boats in the marketplace that can truly be considered in "like-new condition" but in my judgment this Pacific Trawlers 40 is one of them. The vessel has been in exclusively fresh water since it was new and was moored, during summers, in a covered slip. During winters it was stored on land completely covered by shrink wrap. All systems were drained and winterized and even the batteries were disconnected. If you haven't guessed by now, the vessel is located in a cold-winter location! The boat was built in Washington and trucked to Minnesota, and is now for sale by the original owner. She can be trucked and delivered throughout the US -- contact me for information on shipping. All maintenance was done by the same company so complete records are available. Some special equipment includes two reverse cycle air conditioning units, a 50 amp power inlet with a Cable Master power cord retrieval system . There is also a custom FRP unit on the upper deck which includes a large built-in propane grill and a refrigerator. A Kahlenberg air whistle, a window defroster system and engine cabin heat are included. This is one of the factory built, custom aft deck extensions with removable canvas covered SS staples.
