This spacious flybridge is in good condition with no splits seams, stains or tears in any of the upholstery. Below deck there are zero smells of mildew, mold or head treatment. It has been kept well maintained and clean. It has been used each year since purchase in 2001 but little used in recent years, only cruising the local bay and near Coastal waterways. Stock #365310 *** MOTIVATED SELLER ** SPACIOUS LAYOUT ** TWIN CAT 3208TA DIESELS** This Cruisers Yacht is born to entertain! Located on Cape Cod in MA, there is seating for 6 to 8 on the flybridge forward of the helm along with a wet bar. Access the boat from the large swim platform through the gated transom onto a large cockpit. Six stairs to both port and starboard bring you up to the flybridge with commanding views and a helm with a great line of sight. Bring the whole gang up with you. The seating both behind, to starboard and forward of the helm is upholstered without any UV damage or split seams, clearly not original. The helm area is shaded by the Sunbrella bimini in good condition. The isinglass was not on the boat and is in need of repair or replacement, but the seller has the old ones to be used for a template if desired. The helm has a full array of electronics including redundant GPS using Garmin GPSmap 541S and a newer Simrad screen with radar. The twin Cat diesels have an oil change system making that job a breeze. The large bow deck has two Bowmar hatches and a small bow spirt with two anchors, a windlass and help controlled spotlight. Two steps down through the companionway from the cockpit brings you to a spacious stateroom with L-shaped seating to starboard with the dinette table. The galley is to port along with a standup bar separating it from the stateroom. It has a 2-bay stainless steel sink with hot / cold pressurized water. There are numerous drawers and cabinets above and below the U-shaped galley that will keep the gourmets' pots, pans and utensils organized. There is a 2-burner stovetop and the toaster oven on the counter is included. The microwave is above. The backsplash is tile. Best part of the galley is the 2 refrigerator / freezer units, stacked one above the other, on the starboard side. The forward double berth features an island bed, not a V-berth. The overhead hatch and numerous ports provide abundant natural light and ventilation when not needing the heat or A/C. The forward berth also has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed and a hanging locker. There is also a separate direct door to the head. To port aft of the galley is a double berth. The head has a separate shower compartment from the toilet and porcelain sink with hot / cold pressurized water. A storage cabinet is located under the vanity. This boat can be loaded with provisions for a large crew. Reason for selling is life changes.

Tons of recent work completed --. All kind of added extras and replacements (as noted in the detailed description.) All work professional quality. The isinglass / canvas was custom built 3 years ago. Snap on window covers. The owner spent over 10k on the canvas upgrade. Owner is only selling it because he's just getting a bit too old for the boat. Notes on the engine rebuild - The engine is Gen 6 454 7.4L BBC bored at +.030 and crank at 10/10. The engine is a roller cam, TPI fuel injection. Fuel system is all Mercruiser with a new Racor filter and water separator system. Batteries were all new in November of 22. New industrial type, Pro 4 battery charging system professionally installed by Jeremy Bishop Marine Service ($1200.00 installed) The short block was supplied by the builder "Marine Engine Supply" in Lake Tahoe and carries a 2 year warranty from 2/23. The heads were redone by Southworth Engine Builders in Eugene. Assembly and installation by Coast Diesel in Reedsport. Engine was completed and installed in July 23. This Mainship has been very nicely maintained. There are no scratches or scuffs on the hull. The fiberglass is in good condition. All of the upholstery is in nice condition. The seller plans to leave the boat on the hard for the foreseeable future which gives buyers the ability to fully visually inspect the boat when considering a purchase. Currently the boat shows a lot of signs of longer term storage but a dedicated cosmetic clean-up, buff and polish will have her drawing attention dock side in no time. The seller reports the boat is mechanically and structurally sound and the yard where it is stored has maintained the boat for some time and is capable of properly prepping the boat for a water trial as part of a buyer's due diligence. Overall the interior shows moderate signs of use with some staining and discoloration but no major rips or tears. There are signs of previous minor water leaks below the glass windows over the galley with peeling of the laminate flooring (pictured) but walking in the area doesn't reveal a noticeable soft spot. If you're willing and able to invest some time and old-fashioned elbow grease, this 1988 Sea Ray is a good candidate to consider and certainly worth the effort in the end. There is a full "camper" canvas for the single helm on the flybridge for navigating in less than ideal conditions. Boarding the boat is easier than most with a single step from the swim platform to the rear deck with the salon on the same level. Once inside it's down a few steps to the galley and head that are opposite each other mid-ship. It's hard not to notice the huge 3 panel glass ceiling in the kitchen that lets in plenty of natural light throughout the boat. For overnighting, there is a V-berth stateroom in the bow with ample built-in storage and a grooming desk at the foot of the bed. Reason for selling is not being used.
