According to the seller... The hull is in very good condition with no significant scratches or scuffs. The upholstery is in excellent condition with no rips or tears observed. The canvas is in very good condition. All marine systems and appliances are in good working order, per the owner. Stock #304549 Beautiful sailing vessel in very good condition, well maintained The C&C 30 MK1 is a great Cruiser. The design was so sound that during the 12 years it was being built, there were very few changes made. This unit features what was probably the most important upgrade. The main boom is 12" higher off the deck than previous models. This provides a significant improvement in safety and comfort while under sail. The most distinguishing feature of the 30 MK1 are the two dorade boxes that appear on either side of the mast, built into the coach roof. Their primary purpose is air ventilation for the cabin interior; secondary functions are stiffening the cabin top and providing flat surfaces for the halyard winches. 48 hours minimum notice for showings, please.

C&C 30 MK I sailboat for sale, gas engine(atomic four) engine features Moyer marine oil change kit for easier oil removal, Moyer marine dip stick extension kit to make checking oil easier indigo electronic ignition, (wires plugs cap and rotor less than 2 years hours old) . Carb and fuel pump overhauled summer 2013. New Moyer marine raw water pump 2014. Engine cooling system was acid flushed 2015 and all hoses were replaced, new exhaust hose installed 2014. New water temp, and oil pressure gauges not yet installed. Two battery system with a/b switch( batteries installed May of 2013. 6 new cabin lights installed 2014 and new cabin fans. All winches disassembled , cleaned and greased /oiled 2014. New teak handrails installed 2015. pressure water pump in galley and head rebuilt and new pressure switch installed 2015. Mast was pulled 2014, all wiring replaced, with new anchor , steaming and foredeck lights installed. Mast Step was rebuilt 2014.
