1991 Cabo Rico 34 Pictures of this vessel coming soon!   The Cabo Rico 34 is a blue water cruiser that has everything for cruising the Caribbean or the world. Her secure cockpit provides the ultimate in safety at sea. A solid one piece hull provides ocean going sturdiness and offers excellent accessibility to points beyond. Her galley allows the cook to safely prepare meals at sea. Her berths can accommodate four in comfort. Her cutter rig provides almost limitless sail combinations for any wind condition. Singlehanded, a couple, or two couples- this boat fits all. They are a world class cruisers that can take you anywhere you desire to go. This classic Bill Crealock design is dry and comfortable offshore and nimble in protected waters. The Cabo Rico 34 will take you quickly and safely anywhere you want to go... and back again. This particular vessel has such a heritage, but is in need of attention.  She was purchased in 2009 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is a USCG documented vessel. Over the next two years, she was transited via waypoint at Beaufort, SC to its homeport in New Bern. The transit included stretches as far as 125 miles offshore as well as a segment in the ICW. New Proposal sat in her slip for a first season in New Bern and in early 2014 was hauled out and placed on the hard to begin a refurbishment/refit. The owner did not undertake the refit, and she is available at a very low price.  View this as an "opportunity investment".

The current owner is a knowledgeable sailor who has owned a number of boats, and he understands the importance of maintenance and upkeep. There is a complete SECOND engine and transmission in running order, as well as a third engine which may be used for parts! This boat is seen regularly sailing in the harbor, and everything is kept in excellent running order. The previous owner kept the boat in a low humidity area in Bonaire, under cover and on the hard when not in use. The current owner bought the boat and had the yard manager sail her to the Bahamas, where he sailed it to Charleston without incident. This is a quality boat that has been cared for on an ongoing basis, and one only has to step aboard to see this.

2015 Hans Christian HALLMARK 480 THIS IS A NEW ORDER YACHT BUILT TO SEMI CUSTOM SPECIFICATIONS. The Hallmark 480 is built by Pantawee Marine LTD. of Thailand. PML is directed by Jack Hall, a New Zealand trained shipwright who trained with the Salthouse group in NZ. Jack has long been the builder of Hans Christian yachts, along with exceptional experience with custom projects, molds, and other types of yacht building projects. He and his wife Jum run the Pantawee yard with an efficient group of Thai and various expat's who have chosen a life in Thailand. The Hallmark 480 is a design from Chuck Paine who is very well known for his exceptional work over the years. (quoted from Chuck Paine's web site)For decades Chuck Paine and Bob Perry shared the leadership of the “sell up and sail” market for semi-production world cruisers. Though that market is well served by the brokerage houses today, there are still a few out there who possess the financial means to build new and the desire to enjoy the first more care-free  years of a yacht’s life. Some of his designs include the following yachts; French & Webb 75, Kanter 65, Cabo Rico 56, Lyman-Morse 54, Fay 54, Morris 486, Kanter 48, Bowman 48, Morris 46 Deck Saloon, Morris 46 Morris 45, Morris 45 Racer/Cruiser, Cabo Rico 42 Pilothouse, Cabo Rico 40/42, Bowman 42, Morris 42, Jessica 38, Morris 38, Expannie 36, Morris 34, Roanhorse 31 and other mega-yachts, leaves no doubt about his ability in design. You can expect a quick an stable platform, and an interior that will please the most particular cruiser. There are three versions that go from three to four staterooms. Give me a call at your leIsure and we can go over the fact that building a new yacht can be a lifetime experience.

You won't be disappointed by the cosmetic or mechanical care and condition of the boat. The Ronin 41 is built in Puerto Rico by Cuban-born Carlos Sota and his team of in-house designers. Once onboard you'll see why it's referred too by some as a "Puerto Rican Hatteras". Below the waterline she is solid fiberglass. Inside, the Ronin 41 features two staterooms and one head with a very roomy shower stall. The boat will sleep six, and luxurious appointments will make the stay comfortable for guests and crew. The air-conditioned engine room is accessed via the cockpit and offers great accessibility to the MAN engines. In the cockpit, Ronin's standard-equipment list is impressive and includes a transom door, HUGE in-floor fish box, fresh- and saltwater washdowns, built-in fishing center and built-in freezer. The bridge houses Murray Brothers helm chairs and logically placed electronics housing. Built by Sota's small "boutique" yard with a hands-on approach that gives Ronin the opportunity to ensure exacting quality control standards on each hull. The deck is built out of a single solid mold that includes the cabin sides, gunwales, coaming, cockpit and cockpit floor. Aesthetically, this means no bolts or screws can be found around the cockpit floor nor cutouts and joints under the coaming. The deck is then through-bolted and glassed to the hull and flybridge, forging a solid vessel that can withstand even the toughest pounding. Since the three structural components become a unified piece, boaters should note quality details throughout the boat, such as a seamless flybridge instrument console, deck fish box and cabinets. The Ronin 41 interior fit and finish will impress the most sophisticated buyer by its high quality finishes as well. The walls and cabinetry are solid book matched teak just like a Cabo. Ahead of its time with a modern style galley-up design that is surrounded by Corian countertops and under-mount sink and cooktop that are both covered by matching Corian pieces. Adjacent to the galley are two fixed bar stools that sit atop of oversized polished stainless steel pedestals. The Starboard sleeper-sofa easily pulls out to make a large double bed for those additional guests that want to join you on your adventures. For relaxing the salon easily sits 6+ people while watching the custom mounted 41' flat screen TV that swings open to expose ample food pantry storage or for additional electronics in the cabin

Her previous owners purchased her in San Fransisco and headed west with lots of adventures before arriving here on the Outer Banks. I was truly pleased to have acquired her. She was in need of significant work, so I rolled up my sleeves and started, as time would allow, as I work fulltime, out of the area. And then Sandy came along. The results were that Saracen's engine and foresail needed replacing. As much as I would really like to keep her, as a single individual, who doesn't really know how long my employment will last, I really need to be wiser. I have the insurance company's appraisal of $45,825, in below average condition. ' Sistership' is considered a Cabo Rico 38'. I'm asking $17,000 I will be happy for anyone serious to see the appraisal. She is currently 'on the hard,' facilitating hull inspection. Yard paid thru 2/28/15.
