I am selling my 1978 Californian LRC Trawler with twin 6.354 Perkins Turbo Diesel that start right up and run good, not to mention they have less than a 1000 hours showing on Hobbs hour meters for both engines. Both engines just had new impellers replaced for periodic maintenance. One engine has new thermostat and new overflow tank. This Californian has a great layout and plenty of space for 5 people or more to sleep. Nice galley with tall and very nice Blomberg stainless refrigerator, Microwave, Stainless propane stove with oven and deep stainless steel sink. Also included is a LED TV with dvd player, stereo, Raytheon radar and Raytheon depth/fish finder, Ideal Windlass with deck switch, New Port and Starboard LED navigation lights, All lights thoughout interior of boat have been changed over to LED for less power consumption. Dinghy davit/crane on the front of boat works well to lift dinghy onto bow. Also included is a Yamaha made quiet generator that works great. Sale of boat also comes with an Achilles Dinghy w/4hp Mariner. Anybody that knows about Californians know they are great boats that keep there value. I bought a bigger boat and need to sell this one. Boat has various minor things that could be or should be upgraded, maintained or repaired such as: Bimini isinglass(boat picture with isinglass is an old picture) - Wood(needs sanding and recoating or replacement or other such as wooden pulpit was cut so boat would fit in slip... Couch covers need cleaning, kids... A couple of hoses on the engines are showing age, need to be replaced before any trips.... Blomberg refrigerator needs to be bolted to wall if you plan sea travel... Paint here and there.... I can show the boat before purchase which I recommend. Call me at 864-332-6932 Slip IS transferable.... liveaboard status is NOT available and NOT transferable. Full payment of boat to be made before boat goes to your new slip or leaves the dock. No I will not deliver. I could do a partial owner financing on the boat with large down payment and remainder to be paid in payments over short time with approval. If you have this in mind, please discuss with me before you press the buy it now. $500 Non-Refundable deposit is due immediately, remainder is due within a 3 days of buy it now, unless agreement is met prior to auction end. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please ask before you bid. If you bid, that means you want the boat and understand the terms. This is an as is, where is, sale. There are no expressed, written or implied warranties. Thanks for looking
