16ft. Herreshoff Gemini fiberglass sailboat. This sailboat is inexcellant condition and has all of its original gelcoat finish. It was only dry sailed on the weekends in fresh water and stored covered inside during the winter. It comes with new sails and boom tent. The boat is fast and easy to sail and rig. It has two leeward boards tthat retract underneath the seats which gives you more room in the cockpit. You don't have to climb over a centeboard. The Shipmate trailer is also in excellant condition with buddy bearings and jackstand.

Hull and Bottom was painted last year, center board painted and pin hole repaired. New main sail, serviceable Jib, little used Genoa. Roller furling Main Boom. Rudder has had previous repairs but is serviceable. Trailer is in good condition has new hubs never been in Salt Water. Tires are older and not recomended for long trips. Year 1960 is aproximate. Hull number was missing when boat was purchased over 20 years ago. 1965 Rhodes 18 centerboard sailboat with main & jib sails, custom seat cushions, etc. This is a classic sailboat built by the Cape Cod Ship Building Company (01/1965 - first boat built; hull # confirmed by Cape Cod Ship Building Co.). It has been stored and not been in the water since the late 1980's. Recently restored - painted, cleaned and waxed. Original trailer and Evinrude 10 HP outboard motor need attention. This spacious flybridge is in good condition with no splits seams, stains or tears in any of the upholstery. Below deck there are zero smells of mildew, mold or head treatment. It has been kept well maintained and clean. It has been used each year since purchase in 2001 but little used in recent years, only cruising the local bay and near Coastal waterways. Stock #365310 *** MOTIVATED SELLER ** SPACIOUS LAYOUT ** TWIN CAT 3208TA DIESELS** This Cruisers Yacht is born to entertain! Located on Cape Cod in MA, there is seating for 6 to 8 on the flybridge forward of the helm along with a wet bar. Access the boat from the large swim platform through the gated transom onto a large cockpit. Six stairs to both port and starboard bring you up to the flybridge with commanding views and a helm with a great line of sight. Bring the whole gang up with you. The seating both behind, to starboard and forward of the helm is upholstered without any UV damage or split seams, clearly not original. The helm area is shaded by the Sunbrella bimini in good condition. The isinglass was not on the boat and is in need of repair or replacement, but the seller has the old ones to be used for a template if desired. The helm has a full array of electronics including redundant GPS using Garmin GPSmap 541S and a newer Simrad screen with radar. The twin Cat diesels have an oil change system making that job a breeze. The large bow deck has two Bowmar hatches and a small bow spirt with two anchors, a windlass and help controlled spotlight. Two steps down through the companionway from the cockpit brings you to a spacious stateroom with L-shaped seating to starboard with the dinette table. The galley is to port along with a standup bar separating it from the stateroom. It has a 2-bay stainless steel sink with hot / cold pressurized water. There are numerous drawers and cabinets above and below the U-shaped galley that will keep the gourmets' pots, pans and utensils organized. There is a 2-burner stovetop and the toaster oven on the counter is included. The microwave is above. The backsplash is tile. Best part of the galley is the 2 refrigerator / freezer units, stacked one above the other, on the starboard side. The forward double berth features an island bed, not a V-berth. The overhead hatch and numerous ports provide abundant natural light and ventilation when not needing the heat or A/C. The forward berth also has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed and a hanging locker. There is also a separate direct door to the head. To port aft of the galley is a double berth. The head has a separate shower compartment from the toilet and porcelain sink with hot / cold pressurized water. A storage cabinet is located under the vanity. This boat can be loaded with provisions for a large crew. Reason for selling is life changes.

Overall condition of this strong, deep V is very good. For only 22 feet, anglers can take her places other 22's can't go with any degree of safety. The hull is in very good shape, gel coat excellent. The SE116 drive has fewer than 50 hours and has been professionally maintained. Stock #019783 Heading to shop for new or rebuilt engine install. This will prep the boat for serious fishing, so HURRY! An impressive history comes with this 'READY-TO-FISH' center console. Pequot boats of Warwick, RI built this hull in 1998 (200 vessel hours). Boston Whaler bought the mold when HiLiner went under, retaining the mold and subsequently building 4 prototype boats called the Yankee Voyager. This mold is where the Boston Whaler Yankee Voyager came from in the 70's. The mold still exists and is still being built by Nauset Marine of Cape Cod, MA. Nauset produced this hull for several years before selling the mold to Pequot boats where this particular Whaler mold was birthed. These designs were recognized in a state and/or federal contract bid for several to be built for use by different departments (environmental, safety and law). The design passed and the contract was fulfilled. This hull went into storage after approximately 30 hours of use. It remained in storage for 13 years until the current owner of Seaward Boat Works discovered it The current owner purchased it and over-hauled the entire boat (paint, wiring, electronics, power, hardware). The hull has seen less than 200 hours of water time. The motor has less than 150 hours and the outdrive less than 50 hours.
