The boat seems to be a solid cruiser with no soft spots noticed on deck. The interior is in good condition, with good carpet throughout. The exterior could use some cleaning, as most boats do during the northwest winter months. Great boat and listed at a great price for a quick sale as MUST SELL, Low hours of 800hrs!!! This aft cabin style has plenty of room and storage, very clean, well kept, we had engines serviced over a year ago, complete tune-up and hull cleaned and painted. It has a fly bridge as well- dual station, can also drive from inside if weather is bad. It sleeps 8 comfortably, tons of room everywhere. It has hot/cold water, bathroom has stand up shower, toilet, sink, vanity, mirror, sink. Has windless anchor . Main area has AC and Queen size Sleeper sofa and wood cocktail table that can be extended, bar compartment to hold bottles and glasses or for more storage, great stereo am/fm, and TV included. V-birth has a sort of a triangle shaped queen size bed with closet and draws and two storage cabinets underneath bed. The aft cabin is huge, can stand up freely, and even has a door for more privacy, one side has twin size mattress and the other has a full size bed and dresser with draws and cabinets, storage behind mirror and has another closet. Kitchen has AC/DC refrigerator, new microwave and alcohol stove, double sink and cabinets hold plenty of storage, depth finder, am/fm radio, canopy cover, Upper deck has lots of room/ sun bathe or fish off the bow. Great boat in need of some cosmetics. Twin Throttle Body Fuel injected 454's. Engines, transmissions run well. Meters show less than 300 hours since overhaul Kohler generator 2 Marine A/C units, one rebuilt and one NEW Refrigerator 2 Heads, aft has stall shower Stereo Anchor Windless Radar 2 TV's Bottom just cleaned, diver reports bottom and bottom paint in great shape. All exterior canvas should be replaced, and the back deck carpet. Helm seat are in good shape. Interior carpet is in OK shape but stained. Maybe it can be steamed cleaned. Interior dinette cushions need recovering. Forward vee has nice cushions but are water stained from hatch, maybe they can be cleaned or just recover them. You can use and/or live on this boat while cleaning it up. In nice condition this boat could list for over 60k. If you like doing cosmetics this is a great boat to consider.
