This yacht has been meticulously maintained sense its local purchase in 2003. The exterior, interior and engine room all present an appealing look to a discerning eye. The yacht is powered by twin 625 hp Penta Volvo engines and a 25 kva Koehler generator, all have under 500 hours of use. All maintenance records and timeframes are documented and available for review or survey. The features on this craft are equal to any yacht on the water and many people say the interior is prettier than a Marquis. The large salon is an open floor plan that includes beautiful fine leather seating and the fully functional galley. The galley has a three burner stove, built in coffee maker, double sink, 6 c.f. freezer, 6 c.f. refrigerator, microwave and oven. There are perfect condition pecan hardwood floors within both the main and sky lounges making this a very special and custom 570. The helm has complete electronics including navigation systems and engine controls making this boat easy to operate. Thruster controls are repeated at this helm and the cockpit to enable easy bow and aft maneuvering. The top deck has plenty of seating, a refrigerator, an icemaker and a sink that has hot and cold running water. Additionally, a large Jenair grill with proper venting is located for outdoor cooking. The top deck also has a large davit to lift a dingy or Seedoo to this level to enable storage. This yacht is easy to use; has every convenience and impresses everyone aboard or watching from shore. This is one of few boats where a lake facing slip that includes a party deck can also be purchased and owned by the yacht owner. The slip is located at H dock, Aqua Yacht Harbor, Pickwick, Tennessee.
