1988 Carver 36' foot motor yacht Model: Mariner 3697 The vessel is currently on the hard at a Marina near Tampa Florida. Specs: Length 35'-7" Beam 12'-6" Draft 38" Displacement 19,500 Lbs Sleeping Capacity 8 Fuel Capacity 274 Gal Fresh water 103 Gal The boat has been out of the water for a couple years now. The boat was hauled to re-power her with new 454 big blocks. The bottom will need re-refreshing. The entire boat needs a good cleaning and cosmetic TLC. She is not in bad shape and would make a great live-aboard. The new rebuilt 454's are in the boat, but the install has not been completed. I have just run out of time and can not finish her. She will be a great cruiser with the twin 454's. All electronics are in working order. The fridge is a Norcold and it is new. 1998 Carver 350 Mariner "La Fonda" is an incredibly clean 1998 Carver 350 Mariner with only 567 hours on her Crusader 350 XL engines. She is one of the most user friendly boats on the lake, with extremely wide walk arounds for safe and secure operations. The aft deck is large and spacious, and is a great place to entertain while underway or at the dock. The extra wide dual staircases both port and starboard lead to the flying bridge, which is incredibly spacious with seating for all your guests. The helm is very well organized for easy maneuvering while docking or driving. The salon features ample amounts of seating for escaping the heat or for more entertainment. Two large couches with a dining area is perfect for pleasing guests. The large Vizio flatscreen TV is also a great addition. The kitchenette features a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and refrigerator and freezer. You can also access the helm and flybridge from inside the salon through a separate staircase and hatch. "La Fonda" can comfortably sleep two in her private cabin featuring a double bed. The head is incredibly spacious, with an extremely large shower. Simply put, the amount of space, both inside and out, that La Fonda features is incredible for a 35 foot boat. New V-drive, batteries and bottom paint done this year with less than 5 hours. Mechanically, this boat is almost new! (Total cost ~$40K)The interior and exterior of the boat is average - no physical damage but needs a deep cleaning. The arch has been removed a couple of times for shipment and could use some touch up paint. The fridge works but is not the standard Carver standard model. Has bimini top but the full canvas is in rough shape. Has an upgraded 32" flat panel TV and stereo.
