2000 Carver 396 Motoryacht A bold departure from Carver’s past history of conservative styling, the 396 Motor Yacht (called the 39 MY in 2005–6; 40 MY in 2007) is a scaled-down version of Carver’s equally controversial 506 MY (also introduced in the year 2000) with the same tiered elliptical cabin windows, high freeboard and Euro styling.
