Almost every system aboard with the exception of the Yanmar and the AC needs some attention, some more than others. Westerbeke needs an impeller and anchor windlass stopped working this season. The macerating head does not supply water when flushing. The refrigeration stopped working. Just developed a diesel leak and seems to be coming from under the aluminum tank. The water heater should be replaced. The original plastic portlights leaked for years causing some wood rot in the back corners of the settees, the refrigeration compartment lid, and some other small areas around the cabin. Most of the rotting or rotten wood has been removed, but some small areas still remains as they're part of larger pieces of internal cabinetry. The floor of the boat however should be replaced as there are several areas where it is very soft and rotten, primarily the back half of the flooring. There is at least one known soft spot on the deck, and likely some more areas where improperly bedded deck hardware, hatches, and mast partners have allowed water ingress. Most of the deck is solid, but there is at least one known soft spot. Stock #298631 WELL EQUIPPED & IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION!!! PRICED TO MOVE QUICK!!! This Offshore 33 Cat-Ketch with unstayed masts makes her exceptionally easy to sail and very easy to maintain. Wishbone booms eliminate the need for hefty boom vangs and big winches to trim her. Has brand new sails and rigging Low Hour Yanmar 3GM30f diesel engine. Includes a Maxiprop self-feathering prop This Wings 33 has some popular features like a Westerbeke generator, a Bow Thruster, an Anchor Windlass, and Air Conditioning This boat is a reasonably heavy displacement boat, 18,000 pounds or so, and rides really well due to its weight. She sails very well and has all the equipment to make a fabulous cruiser, but as with all boats, she needs some love. The boat has easy access to the Tennessee River, so she can be navigated to the Gulf of Mexico if desired. (NOTE: Check condition section below. The vessel is in need of work on most systems)

As far as performance, Practical Sailor has this to say, "Boat for boat she will sail by Morgan 41s, Irwin 44s, CSY 44s, Westsails and their ilk.", and "The boat does have speed and liveliness that exceeds that of most out and out cruising boats of her size, and in many conditions can rival the performance of the many so called racer-cruisers or performance cruisers." Both the main and mizzen sails are fully battened, improving both the performance and convenience of sailing. Hull and deck construction is hand laminated fiberglass with balsa core. There is 6'0" headroom through out the cabin.  Interior joinery is handcrafted in ash with oak trim. Teak and holly sole. All sail controls lead aft so that one need not leave the cockpit to hoist, reef or douse sails. The freestanding masts are specially constructed in carbon fiber for strength and lightness, and the booms are aluminum. Edson wheel steering and emergency tiller are standard. Bow and stern pulpits are stainless steel, with double life lines and aluminum toe rails.   Accommodations All the wood below is varnished ash with cedar strips. The warmth and illusion of spaciousness imparted by these light colored woods will appeal to many sailors. The cabin sole is teak and holly. "The stowage capacity of the Freedom 33 is by far the best we have seen in a boat this size." 1997 Home Built Phil Bolger design ketch, Cutest sailboat EVER! 15' Phil Bolger designed cat yawl completed in 1997 and lightly used. She has a fiberglass over wood hull, no leaks, and feels larger than 15'. Nice size berth with portable porta potty. Comes with easyloader trailer (lights not working). The boat has never been moored and always wintered in garage. The sails are in great condition and are a custom dacron in an aged canvas color to compliment it's classic look. They have been stored inside in bags and never in the weather. (The last picture of the boat under sail is similar but not this boat. The sails are a lighter color.) The included motor is an older Evinrude 3 h.p. and worked well 5 years ago. I have used a newer 6 h.p. (not included) and found the extra horsepower was appreciated against currents. All spars are carried on supports for easy trailering and an extended tongue makes launching a breeze. She's a delight to sail and ALWAYS turns heads. She is dry, stable, and unsinkable. 1979 Marine Innovators 32 Sandpiper Sharpie The Sandpiper 32 Sharpie was inspired by Bill Munroes Sharpie designs, built to be single handedly sailed in shallow water.    Her Cat Ketch rig and wish bone booms, combined with rotating masts, allow you to set sail or reduce it by simply rolling the twin sails out or in. The two sails are self tending; combined with the auto pilot make it an easily sailed boat for one person. The twin bilge boards are hidden under the aft berths, so there is no centerboard trunk to get in the way.  The boards up allow you to float in an incredible 20 inches of water.  That means quiet anchorages. Boards down are over 5 feet giving you a good bite upwind. New as of August 2016: Anderson self tailing winches, charging ports for cell phones and devices, 14W solar panel for battery charging, Raymarine autopilot and new depth gauge.  Please call for an appointment to see her.
