The boat fires up and shifts smooth forward and reverse. The aft stateroom is a full 12 x 10 with a full queen walk around. The master bath has a separate large shower. There is a washer dryer located in this stateroom. The main salon is approx. 9 x 12 and empty except for the helm and hatches. The galley is down consisting of stove, oven, micro, duel stainless sink and fridg. Forward is the V-birth and the second bath-shower. As you can see from the pics the outside has a covered rear deck 12 x 10, the fly-bridge seats up to 10 and has a frame for full canvas enclosure, no canvas. These twin diesel CHB Trawlers in bristol condition actually fetch upwards of $130,000 of which they're several examples on the net to see, just do you research. This would be considered a barn find. Will need some work for sure but at this price you can't go wrong. The survey would come in at twice the price. Here's my offer and its a fair one. I priced the boat so low it should just sell without question. If someone wants a survey I have no issues but if I am asked to go through a survey and I will, than I want it in writing that the proposed buyer will pay the surveyed price which will be as I know over $50,000. Twice the asking price. This is a very good deal, even the engines go for twice of what the boat is listed for.
