The Chris Craft Hercules engines have less than 750 hours run time logged and stand to be fine tuned and defect free. The autopilot, engine synchronizer, compass, and other Navionics are original and in working order. Even the operation manual from 1959 is on board. For sale is my 20' Chris Craft. This boat is in good condition and the 5.0L V8 runs great. FEATURES...-Bow and cockpit covers-New iPod ready stereo with satellite radio-All four speakers are new-Dual batteries with switch-Depth finder-Original Bimini top (barely used)-Flip up bolster seats -Snap in carpet-Lots and lots of storage ENGINE...5.0L Volvo Penta V8 I/O with only 345 hours. Well maintained. Absolutely no mechanical problems that I know of. Everything works and the engine runs perfectly. EXTERIOR...Gel coat is in good shape, very shiny, with only a few minor scratches. A couple of deeper scratches on the keel, but only gel coat deep. INTERIOR...The upholstery is in very good condition. No dry rot and no fading. There are a few small holes on the back seat where the vinyl rubs against the hinges and a tear in a seem on the sun deck. Both defects can be seen in the pics. TRAILER...Original tandem axle trailer is included. Trailer has billet aluminum rims and surge breaks. The trailer is in very good condition and quite frankly, it is a very beefy trailer. Very nice. I am only the second owner of this boat. The previous owner took very good care of the boat. I love this boat, it runs great and is awesome for family boat trips. A nice Chris Craft with a great layout for entertaining and overnighting. Forward cabin with galley, head, wet bar, fridge, small cooktop, and microwave oven. V birth sleeps two up front with small sleeping area aft for two children or extra storage. This is a pleasant boat for an overnight and it's very economical to operate. The engine was replaced with a brand new (not rebuilt) engine a little over two years ago at of a cost of around $15,000. We paid extra for the fresh water cooling system. All work is documented and was completed at Cove Marina, Norwalk. A trailer is available for additional $2,200.00 although we were having the boat hauled and stored locally. Boatworks added an extended platform which adds about three feet to the inboard platform. New snap down carpets were made in 2012. They look very good. A new Fusion radio was added in 2012 and was professionally installed by Cove Marina. All the canvas tops were remade (new) in 2012 by Seafarer Canvas. The boat has been shrink wrapped and maintained every year we have owned it. One previous owner wit complete maintenance records. Selling because we purchased a larger boat.
