Condition: Boat is overall in great condition. There are a few bumps and bruises, but nothing horrific. I've replaced or rebuilt nearly everything, and now have to sell due to health reasons. Features: Unlike other boats of this era, it has some wonderful things built in. There is an anchor locker, a glove box, a walk through windshield and a step down cuddy cabin providing some actual head room. Also, the windshield is high enough to keep you warm and dry when the weather isn't so perfect. These may seem like silly things to mention, but most 80's Go-Fast boats didn't have these features, and you'll be thankful that this boat does have them! History: We are only the 3rd owners of the boat. The last couple had it for 20 years if that tells you anything about how this vessel functions and rides. It's simply amazing. The following items are: NEW:Chevy 350, 5.7L Long Block Engine with Cylinder Heads. Bored 0.10 over w/flat top pistons. Marine Cam. Around 300HP on pump gas (89 Octane). It's just a little wild. We built it to last, not to race. Gimble Housing. Exhaust. Engine Water Pump. Raw Water Pump. Lower Unit Upper Portion. All Bellows. Tilt/Trim Pump and Motor. Deep Cycle Marine Battery. 3 Step Stainless Telescoping Below Deck Mount Ladder. Kenwood AM/FM/CD w/Bluetooth. JL Audio Speakers. SeaDek Anti-Skid Flooring in Cockpit and Swim Deck. Taylormade Hotshot Custom Boat Cover. West Marine Porti-Potti. Rebuilt:Full Cockpit Interior/Vinyl. Lower Unit Lower Portion. Tilt/Trim Rams (Actuators). Carburetor. Aluminum Tandem Axle Trailer New:Axles and Hubs, upgraded to Heavy Duty with Bearing Buddies. Springs, upgraded to Heavy Duty. Galvanized Wheels.Tires. Hangers. Shackles.Spare Tire Carrier. Shipping and payment: I can deliver up to 200 miles from Tampa Bay for a small fee of $500. Shipping beyond that is up to the buyer to arrange and pay for. Sale will be completed either by cash payment, or a wire transfer into an escrow account of my choice.

You have been viewing one of a few House Boats designed and built by Chris Craft in 1984 featuring the same specifications as their Cruisers. This Chris Craft is 46 feet in Length with a 14 foot Beam and a Draft of Approximately 3 feet. Upon completion in the mid nineties the Chris Craft Survey had replacement cost of over $250,000. NOW FOR THE UNBELIEVABLE PART! How would you like to be the ENVY of everyone around you? You Will With This Vessel. REFURBISHING: In the mid-nineties the interior of this Aqua Home was stripped! That is right STRIPPED down to it's core. Everything from wiring to mechanical were redone to reflect State of the Art conditions. Surround Sound, Recessed and Indirect Lighting were added. New Custom Built (Handmade) Cabinetry with Custom Designed Drawers/Dividers, Granite Counters, Designer Plumbing, Hardware and Lighting fixtures were installed.
