There are basic instrumentation and controls included. There is a cuddy cabin that will sleep two, with a manual marine toilet and 12 volt cabin lighting. This is a great winter project that will have you on the water next spring. Reason for selling is health forces sale.

1986 Chris Craft 350 Catalina           The Chris Craft Catalina 350 was one of the most popular double-cabin cruisers produced in recent years and is the ideal vessel for both live-aboard and family cruising experiences. The Catalina offers expansive interior accommodations which are more commonly found only on much larger boats and provides most of the comforts and amenities desired on live-aboard boats and for extended cruising.           The Catalina 350 was built on a solid fiberglass modified-v hull with a moderate beam, high free board and provides a smooth ride even when running in chop or high seas. This boat features a forward v-berth stateroom as well as an aft-quarter double bed master stateroom located just off the salon. The large galley offers a full-size refrigerator, a three burner stove top, a full oven and a microwave and is configured in an L-shaped layout to accommodate the sink and food preparation area. The roomy salon accommodates a dinette area and plenty of living space for sofas, comfortable recliners, tables and plenty of space to relax. A like-new Cummins Onan 6.5 KW Generator(56 Hrs) powers the heat &/or air conditioning both forward and aft.            Up top, the helm is positioned just forward of the aft deck in a manner that allows the captain and guests to easily converse in the spacious seating provided in the enclosed upper helm salon. Recently upgraded canvas and isinglass permits unobstructed views and a temperature controlled environment in cool weather or warm.             This Catalina 350 is powered by twin Crusader 270 HP gas engines which were completely serviced in 2015 and upgraded with twin engine electronic ignitions, new cutlass bearings, new drip-less shafts and now show less than 50 hours on each engine(Port: 40 hrs, Stbd: 20 hrs).            Frequent upgrades such as new windlass, electronic ignition, Inflatable raft with 3 HP engine, rebuilt Crusader engines with low hours brings this boat to the top in its class for power, comfort, reliability, accommodations and great value.

FOR AUCTION WE HAVE A 1979 CHRIS CRAFT COMMANDER 41. SHE WAS LIENED FOR NON PAYMENT OF STORAGE AND AS SUCH WE HAVE PRICED HER AGGRESIVELY TO SELL QUICKLY AT LITERALLY 50% OF OTHER SIMILAR BOATS ON YACHTWORLD . RETAIL PRICES RANGE BETWEEN $40,000 AND $60,000.THE CHEAPEST BOAT ON YACHTWORLD CURRENTLY ( 01/26/17 ) IS $35,000 AND IS A LOT MORE DATED IN APPEARANCE DOWN BELOW . OVERALL I WOULD SAY SHE SHOWS WELL AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION , THERE ARE NO BLISTERS BELOW THE WATERLINE AND SHE WAS LAST OUT THE WATER APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS AGO . ABOVE THE WATERLINE THE HULL IS CLEAN WITH ORIGINAL GELCOAT AND NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF PREVIOUS DAMAGE . UP ON DECK SHE IS SOLID UNDERFOOT AND WE DID NOT FIND ANY SOFT SPOTS WHEN WALKING AROUND . UP ON THE FLYBRIDGE EVERYTHING APPEARS NORMAL AND IS CLEAN AND IN DECENT CONDITION . AS YOU ENTER THE CABIN TO WALK DOWN INTO THE SALON AREA YOU WILL NOTICE THE FLOORING HAS BEEN REPLACED AND LOOKS GOOD , ONE OF THE MOST NOTICEABLE THINGS WE FOUND WAS THAT THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION THROUGH THE WINDOWS !A LOT OF OLDER BOATS TEND TO SUFFER FROM THIS PROBLEM . IT IS DRY AND THE WOOD AROUND THE WINDOWS IS IN GOOD CONDITON . THE GALLEY AREA IS OPEN PLAN TO THE SALON AREA AND OVERALL IS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION , I WOULD CONSIDER BUYING A NEWER REFRIDGERATOR AS THE EXISTING IS SHOWING ITS AGE , AFTER SAYING THAT YOU COULD STILL EASILY CONTINUE USING THE ORIGINAL ONE WHICH WORKS WELL . THIS MODEL HAS THE DESIREABLE QUEEN ISLAND BERTH IN THE AFT MASTER CABIN , WITH THIS YOU ARE EASILY ABLE TO WALK AROUND THE BED . THERE IS A LOT OF CUPBOARD AND CLOSET SPACE IN THE AFT MASTER AND SHE WAS ACTUALLY BEING USED AS A LIVEABOARD PREVIOUSLY . THERE IS A EN-SUITE BATHROOM WITH STAND UP SHOWER AND HEAD / TOILET . FORWARD IS THE SECOND CABIN WHICH ALSO HAS ITS OWN HEAD/ BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND HAS A V BERTH CONFIGURATION . ALTHOUGH NOT PICTURED WE DO HAVE THE 2 FORWARD V BERTH CUSHIONS . DOWN BELOW ARE THE POWER PLANTS WHICH ARE TWIN FRESH WATER COOLED CRUSADER 454 ENGINES , I BELIEVE THEY HAVE AROUND 1500 HOURS ON EACH BUT WILL RECONFIRM EXACTLY FOR YOU .THE ENGINE ROOM SHOWS WELL AND IS CLEAN AND TIDY IN MY OPINION BOTH ENGINES START AND RUN ALTHOUGH WE RAN THEM BRIEFLY DUE TO THE FACT WE DO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION OF THE FUEL WHICH DOES SMELL OLD .I WOULD EXPECT TO SERVICE BOTH ENGINES MEANING I PERSONALLY WOULD DO AN OIL CHANGE , FILTERS ,PLUGS , WATER IMPELLARS ETC AND I WOULD HAVE THE FUEL POLISHED OR JUST HAVE THE TANKS PUMPED DRY TO BE SAFE .FRANKLY YOU COULD DO NOTHING AS WELL BUT I LIKE TO KNOW THAT EVERYTHING IS IN TIP TOP CONDITION BEFORE I LIKE TO GO ANYWHERE .IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THESE THINGS YOURSELF AND WANT TO HAVE THEM DONE I CAN HELP IN GETTING A LOCAL MECHANIC TO DO THE SERVICE FOR YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE THERE IS A CLEAN GENERATOR AS PICTURED AND NEWER AC UNITS . I DID PURCHASE 2 NEW BATTERIES TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS GOOD 12V POWER ON THE BOAT AND TO KNOW THAT THE BILGE PUMPS WOULD BE OPERABLE IF NEEDED . PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL OR CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS , WE MAY CONSIDER PARTIAL TRADES ALTHOUGH WE WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS WITH YOU BEFORE BIDDING AND PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF WE DO NOT WANT TO TAKE A TRADE .AS AN EXAMPLE YOUR PRIZED CUTLASS CIERA MAY BE A CLASSIC TO YOU BUT TO US WE MAY VIEW IT AS RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION . PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE FUNDS IN PLACE TO PAY FOR HER ,I AM SORRY TO HAVE TO SPELL THIS OUT BUT YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW MANY PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN OR WANT TO BUY A BOAT AND EITHER DONT ACTUALLY HAVE THE MONEY OR HAVE NOT CHECKED WITH THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHER , PRIEST ,RABBI GURU OR WHOMEVER . WE RELY ON ACTUALLY GETTING PAID IN ORDER TO SELL THESE BOATS QUICKLY AND CHEAPLY , FEEL FREE TO CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS , IF I DONT ANSWER I WILL CALL BACK . WE HAVE A CLEAR MARYLAND TITLE IN OUR NAME , STORAGE IS INCLUDED THROUGH MARCH 1 AFTER THAT IT CAN REMAIN AT $300 PER MONTH ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS . THANKS MATT 410 533 6946

1976 Chris Craft 26 FT Tournament FishermanThe hull is in excellent condition, no damage and still decent paint on the topsides. Could use a coat of bottom paint but I only ever used it rarely saltwater mostly freshwater/brackish. Smoothest ride you'll ever feel for a boat this size and layout. She's been Re Powered with twin high output PCM 302 V8s married to twin remanufactured Velvet Drive 1:1 ratio water cooled heat exchanged transmissions. Re power was conducted before I owned the vessel, I have the documentation, currently 300 Hrs each and many more to go, just broken in. Both transmissions received new prop shafts and cutlass bearings during the refit. New exhaust and hoses with hardware. Steering system has been rebuilt with new cable and hardware. Rudder stuffing boxes tight and dry. Both engines have just 2 hours on fresh tune ups including oil change, oil and fuel filters, spark plugs, rebuilt distributors, coils and a tuning of both carbs. Both engines run outstanding, smooth and quiet, they bump right over with ease and idle perfectly. The drives were both serviced with fluid changes as well. Two new large marine batteries were just installed including. New marine grade ignitions were replaced. The original fuel tank was taken out during the refit and a new corrosion treated aluminum fuel tank was installed plus lines to the fuel filter towers leading to the engines. ?A few items that need attention that I haven't got around to yet and possibly have can worked on for you are a set of trim tabs (vary $100+ depending on how advanced a pair you want), port side heat exchanger for the transmission needs replacement, small unit ( $85.00) and very easy to replace and a reconnection of the fresh water lines from the water pump to the thru hull intakes below which I may do before it sells. I had them loose to conduct an easier running tune up process recently via a garden hose from above. There also was an old speed sensor thru hull fitting that needs plugging, very simple. I removed it due to its obsolete nature and haven't got around to plugging it yet. Blower switch needs replacement ( $8) Middle bilge pump needs replacement ($26) The vessel is solid and ready where it counts but a great little project boat to continue minor work on. All the major costly systems are done so if you like tinkering and maybe a little painting that's all she needs. I have all the original manuals, reciepts and documentation as well as great aftermarket catalogs for parts you will need all included. ? Sale comes WITH the twin axle trailer. Four brand new tires were recently put on plus spare. Axle bearings re packed and checked. The entire hydraulic brake system has been rebuilt from the actuator to the hydraulic lines all the way back to the axles plus brakes. New tongue. New jack stand. All new wiring front to back with lights. ? Reason for selling is another relocation for work. This boat is absolutely solid and stands up to the Chris Craft name. They don't make boats like this anymore. Heavy duty boxed fiberglass runners, no wood to rot and any wood on the boats main hull construction is made from marine mahogany. Perfect lay out for a small local commercial fisherman or serious angler needing the durability. Outriggers and some heavy duty offshore fishing gear included with the sale. Also have all the Bimini top hardware and fabrics. If there's any other questions you have feel free to ask and I'll be happy to answer thank you for your time and God bless. Needing to sell fast.

This boat is in very good running condition. My original intention was to refit all systems and have accumulated all the major parts to do so. Check below to see all items included that will need to be installed. I have had the boat since 2006 (believe I'm the 4th owner) and have taken it on several trips over the years without problem. Had to cancel two trips this year due to family obligations. Reason for selling is my current situation is not conducive to keeping the boat. Overall length is 29'10" including the swim platform with a beam of 10'8". It has a hardtop and large cockpit, yet the cabin is still very spacious for a 28 footer. Original motor was a Marine Power 305, but previous owner repowered with a 350 block in 1992. Hours are unknown due to the hour-meter being faulty and disconnected when I purchased the vessel. I knew the previous owner and felt confident with the boat/engine condition. I have put roughly 60 hours on the engine. Shaft, cutlass bearing, and seal were replaced in 2008. The seal is PSS dripless. Propeller is a Nibral 16x18 new this year. Also have a spare bronze prop. Electronics - Standard Horizon CP300 Chartplotter w/ current chart card, FF550 Fishfinder & ST526 Transducer, Standard Horizon GX 3000 VHF New Equipment NOT installed: Plumbing - Raritan Sea-Era electric head (Mod 160MF012), Sealand 28 gal. holding tank, 6 gal. Raritan water heater w/ heat exchanger, Todd 25 gal. fresh water tank, Jabsco SensorMax VSD Freshwater Pump (Mod 31755) Air Conditioning - Webasto FCF 12000btu w/reverse cycle heat(mounted in boat), March water pump, all fittings, hose, vents, and electrical for installation. Electrical - Sterling Power 40 Amp 3 bank charger. Sterling Power Pro-Split Alternator Splitter - 3 bank, Blue Sea 30A breaker panel for Air Cond., Blue Sea DC 100A 13 positon panel for accessories The boat is currently in the water and available for a sea trial at your convenience. However, I will be out of town July 25 - 31. Buyer must take delivery within a reasonable amount of time at boat club on Grosse Ile, MI where vessel is currently docked. All expenses for delivery/transport will be responsibility of buyer. I will pay for hoist service at it's current location on Grosse Ile if needed.
