Great Boat! This Boat belong to my great aunt, it was a gift from Seymour Knox III (ALBRIGHT-KNOX MUSEUM BUFFALO) I have the documentation that proves it.The boat has been out of the water for the last 3 years due to her illness... but just before to store the boat, my aunt decided to redo completely the engine as well as all the upholstery so it is like new...I have all the parts and it is a beauty! What needs to be done is to sand it and apply the epoxy on it to make it superb!I want to sell it simply because I don't have time to do the restorations and I don't know nothing about boat...A boat like this restored are worth over 60,000usd and from now the price will only go up!It is a great boat a million dollars boat!Feel free to ask me any question.******OBVIOUSLY THE FIST PICTURE IS OLD WHEN MY AUNT WAS YOUNG....

Call Boat Owner Melinda 702-927-5872. Description: We enjoyed years of relaxation and family entertaining on this wonderful Steel Hull Roamer. Our family used it regularly for fantastic cruising on Lake Huron with family and friends. Then in 1995 my father decided to pull it out of the water and take on a full restoration project to polish it back to its original glory. He planned to remodel the bunks and redesign the galley. To begin the restoration, he constructed a restoration barn and contracted a boat mover deliver and dry-dock the boat for the restoration. He began to carefully disassemble all of the components and store them in the barn, but was forced to stop in the early stages of the project due to some sudden family health issues. The boat has been sitting in the barn for the last 18 years, sealed up and awaiting restoration. But due to these family health issues, he’s realized that he won’t be able to complete the project. As such, the boat is up for sale. It’s partially disassembled, so you can either reassemble her and enjoy cruising right away, or continue with the dis-assembly and undertake the restoration that was planned. My father has specifications and manuals on everything (see photo gallery below). All of the systems are functional (motors, generator, Capac, pumps, etc) but he found all of the manuals anyway. He has all of the scheduled service records, original brochures, and even the product fliers that came with all of the original components. The motors are in top shape and ran like a song when he pulled it out of the water. The generator only has about 1300 hours on it. The Capac system that was standard on these steel hill boats takes care of any electrolysis concerns. The only mechanical flaw with the boat came as a result of its storage. With the sudden health issues, my father never had the chance to drain the water from the hot water tank. Over time, it leaked and dripped water onto a small patch of the hull that rusted a small area that will need to be repaired. Photos are provided below. The boat is sound. If we didn’t have our time dominated by two toddlers, my husband and I would take the boat and finish the restoration so we could enjoy the family cruising ourselves. Except for the needed hull patch, the work is all cosmetic.
