This is a clean great running 1972 17' Century ski boat. It has an older restoration but in good condition. It has a 340ci Chrysler Marine V-8 that runs great and has just been serviced and tuned. It has a bimini top, new steering system, new battery and all new switches. Everything except the speedometer works. The floors are solid and the interior vinyl and seats still look good. The hull is solid but does need to be cleaned and waxed. It has a short custom windshield. It comes with a nice custom trailer that does need to be painted. The trailer has all new lighting, bearing buddies, a new tongue jack and new winch with strap. The boat was in the lake about 2 months ago and was just winterized. It also comes with a new cover. It is lake ready, once it is summarized. The boat has current registration and a clear Texas title, in my name. The trailer has current registration and will be sold with a bill of sale. It can be seen and started in Garland, Tx This boat sold last week on Ebay and the buyer couldn't finish the deal. 1962 Vintage 24'6" Inboard Sleeper boat Name CARPIE DIEM Beam 8' 10 " Draft 2'4" Freeboard forward 3' 8' Free board AFT 2' 10" Depth Floor to rail 3' 1" AFT Cockpit length 8'1" Weight ( approx ) 3,400 lbs .Motor 275 HP Chrysler Engine installed with 100 Hrs in 1989 .Engine hrs approx 400 hrs .Motor ID E594030 Boat ID 240789E762 There was a new stainless steel shaft installed 2007 when I purchased the boat. The boat was in the water Summer of 2007 and has been on the trailer at our cottage on Catawba Island every year since ,we were going to launch ,but due to business obligations we were unable to enjoy, which has continued. So we decided to sell so someone else can enjoy. The trailer comes with the boat of course .The tires on the trailer have tread but are old and not the best . The trailer is metal with a wooden cradle and is as old as the boat and is ok for short distances . The boat has repairs needed on the deck around where the rails are attached and on both corners on the top rear transom where the varnish has dried out and peeled the same has happen in small areas throughout the boat.There is no Rot that I have noticed the boat seems to be solid throughout . The mooring cover is 7 years old and has been patched in a couple areas. There are new cushions and backs for all seats and in excellent condition the cost was $ 1,200.00 . 1969 Hatteras Convertible Powered with twin Chrysler fresh water cooled 440's inboard engines were fogged at the time, last ran back in 2014, should not take much to put back into service. Interior is in great shape and shows very well. Forward V-berth with private side stateroom layout. Large salon and unique aft bulkhead galley design. A custom pilothouse style enclosure was added to the bridge for all weather cruising. The side decks do have some soft spots that will need to be repaired.

1983 Century Thoroughbred Skier This is an inexpensive way to get on the water in a classic 18 ft inboard ski boat. This boat has a strong Chrysler V8 motor, solid floor and hull, and a trailer. The boat is useable as it is, but could use a little effort to upgrade its appearance. Its bottom paint is worn. The vinyl has been replaced in the cockpit area, but there's a little work needed to sharpen it up.
