We bought this 2001 Correct Craft – Ski Nautique new in the Late Winter of 2002. It was new old stock held in the Correct Craft’s NW Indiana Distribution Warehouse. The story goes….I was nearing my 40th birthday and was at the Chicago Boat Show as we were every year and got to talking with one of the Meloon’s of Correct Craft and all of a sudden I was willing to go into short term debt to own my childhood dream. I currently own over $350k of cars, trucks, and toys and nothing has ever been taken care of as well as I have taken care of this boat. Boat has only spent the night in the water for 6 days while on a house boat vacation we took on Center Hill Lake in Central Tennessee. Other than that it has never been in the water more than 12 hours. Washed down with clean water and dried after every use and then covered till next use. Stored in covered moisture and dust free pole barn every winter. Resided in the same boat lift in our back yard for the last 13 summers. Boat is and has been adult owned and driven and for that matter it has never had food eaten in it though a fair amount of beverage spillage may have happened. Any imperfections that happened during the previous summer were fixed the following spring when it was completely detailed including waxing the bottom every other year. When we were putting 70-9- hours a year on the boat it got a mid-season waxing. Boat has never gone more than 60hrs without fresh plugs and an oil change; and the last 6-7 years we only put on 20-35 hours a year a and then the oil was changed. You will be very hard press to find a boat as cared for as this one. I’m not going to tell you it didn’t run WOT a couple of times down the entire 12mi lake, but they were few and far between. Never saw a reason to push the last 800 rpm’s if we were already going 40 mph. The most extensive service ever preformed was water/fuel separator about 5 years ago. This boat has never missed an opportunity to make us happy when we turned the key. We even put a fresh battery in every year…..life is too short to have a $65 battery ruin a day. Hours over the last 13 years are 414.7. The original tft tach and hour meter became very light and hard to read and was replaced 7 or 8 years ago so current tach/hour meter only shows the 111 hours since the swap. Written on the back of the replacement gauge is the previous hours….303. Boat has an outstanding Amish Built Custom Boat Cover, 2x OJ 4 Blade Props, Perfect Pass, Shower, Heater, Original JBL Wet Head Unit, with remote on stern, 4xMB Quart Coax Speakers, and Sub all powered by large amp and crossovers. Boat has ran 93 octane gas it's entire life. The trailer has been well maintained but I didn’t ever give it the care I gave to boat. Has single axle with brakes and was left outside every summer. Tires and hubs are good. Bunks could use some maintenance and frame could use a little tlc; but I can assure you that it is not lacking any structural integrity and will go coast to coast any time needed. Other than the one 800mi round trip to Center Hill Lake the trailer was only used 2x a year to put in and take out of lake each summer. There is a scratch in the gel coat on the bottom of the boat. I chose not to fix when it happened. One of the screws holding down the bunks on the trailer raised and scratched the bottom while putting on the trailer. Completely forgot about it till today-(1 day after auction started). Thank you

This is a very nice well taken care of 1994 Prostar 190. 395 Hours with Powerslot Transmission. The Corvette LT-1 runs very strong with very slight smoke when hammered. I have no concerns about the mechanics of engine or transmission. Bought this boat for my kids to use last spring because I didn't want them to use my Ski Nautique; I have since decided to sell both boats and recently bought a Prostar 197 with tower to replace both boats. This boat ran flawlessly for us all summer and I really can't tell you much more than that after only one year of use in our family. It was kept in boat lift and winterized and stored indoors. I did have a custom Amish Built canvas cover made for it. There I a small tear in rear bench seat as seen in photo and there is a faded boat number from a local lake on the hull. Trailer is an older V-Hull converted to accommodate the inboard, Though it isn't ideal it worked fine for us as we only use a trailer to put in and take out of the lake. I did haul it from Iowa when purchased and it trailered fine on the highway. Please see my other listing for 2001 Correct Craft Ski Nautique also.
