This boat makes a spectacular showing. The gel coat is in great condition and has a glossy shine. There are scuff marks on the starboard side of the engine cowling caused when the power pole rubbed against it. It is not a deep scratch or crack. Please see pictures. Per the seller the boat is clean with no odors. The boat needs a new engine as the existing engine was not properly winterized causing the block to crack. All photos were provided by the seller. This 2006 Sea Fox 257 CC is in good condition for her age. The current owner is a licensed boat engine mechanic and has taken meticulous care of the engine which just had the lower section replaced. Also replaced the batteries 5-23. There are a few soft spots on the decking that need some attention. The trailer is in great condition and just had the crankshaft fully replaced, new bunks, and the tires have very little wear. Can easily transport this boat for long hauls. The cushions up front are faded but have no tears. The hull looks good and the bottom has never been painted. The hull does show where a previous boat's name decal was and on the upper rear starboard side, there was a crack repair. Overall, will not find a cleaner, well-maintained boat than this CC! This boat is a solid center console all around. The floor pads are in good shape. All of the electronics are working properly. The engines are in excellent working condition. The T-top is solid and in good shape. The stereo sounds great. The trailer is in good shape too. The cowling for the port engine has a crack and was taped over. This was done by the anchor of another boat at the dock. Stock #288492 1977 Formula Thunderbird, customized into an open center console. Powered by 2021 175 HP engines, trailer included! Unique and ready-to-go Formula 23 Custom Center Console with 2021 Suzuki 175 HP engines. Once a Formula F233, this center console was stripped down and modified to take advantage of a proven hull in a center console configuration. The new layout offers lots of space to move around and storage compartments. Aft, there is a bench with a backrest right at the transom of the boat. Recently replaced batteries. When taking the photos I noticed that the boat is in well above average condition. One thing to note - The boat is due for a bottom job at some point in the coming years. There is an Onan generator onboard but there is a crack in the exhaust manifold that must be fixed for it to operate properly. The seller has owned the Maxum for 19 years and stored it indoors in the offseason. It has been serviced every year at the Marina's service center. There is no trailer. The boat is pulled and launched by the Marina with a yard trailer. There is a crack in the cabin hatch and some wear on the wood grain dash. Both of these areas can be seen in the photos. There is a water stain on the cabin headline above the forward berth. It was dry and did not appear to be an active leak.
