He purchased it from an estate sale of a local sailor who passed after an illness. The family did not have any records or real working knowledge of the vessel. The seller has obtained an owner's manual for this vessel and has it in the desk area of the cabin (just under the VHF radio) as shown in the photos. The local representative took all the photos and video of the listing and they accurately reflect the current condition of the listing and its primary features.
