2002 Cruisers 4450 This is a nice roomy boat for a 44 with good storage. It is powered with TAMD74EDC at 480 HP. The boat has a davit and bow thruster on the swim platform. On the aft deck is a U shaped aft sofa with storage under it, facing aft on the aft deck is an aft facing bench seat with storage under it as well. On the port side is a fridge, wet bar with storage. The upper and lower deck is covered with a canvas enclosure. There are two side boarding gates and a transom gate on the lower deck. On the upper deck is a port lounge seat and a triple wide seat at the helm. All the clear glass is in descent condition. At the helm is a Side power bow thruster control, There is an RL80, Echo pilot, Clarion radio, Ray 210 VHF and ST600+ auto pilot. The rocker switches are in good condition and the gauges on the dash are clear. Below on the port side is an L shape sofa with a lazy boy. Engine room access is through the cockpit soles. The interior has good natural light, there are large windows. The 12V 120V electrical panel is on the port side above the breaker for the bilges, windlass and water tank lever gauges. There is also a flat screen TV and VHF. The galley is on the port side with a wooden veneer sole, there is a two burner cooktop, microwave, stand up fridge freezer, coffeemaker and two sinks and storage. Opposite the galley on the stb side is a dinette style booth with storage under the seat and access to the central vac system. The owner stateroom is aft with a solid privacy door, in the stateroom is the head with sink and Vacuflush commode, two vanity mirrors good storage. There is also a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The room has good storage, air condition SMX11 control pad and TV and a Cedar lined closet. The guest stateroom if forward with an inline berth, TV SMX11 A/C control panel a large Cedar lined closet and a smaller closet, good hull side storage. Just aft of the guest stateroom is the side stateroom with bunks and a washer dryer combo. The guest stateroom and side stateroom share the forward head that has a stall shower, Vacuflush commode, sink, vanity and storage. All three rooms have a solid privacy door. Engine room is through the salon floor and it is a roomy engine room taking into consideration she is a 44 ft boat. The vessel has an 11KW generator in a sound shield there is a battery for the gen and one for the thruster, Both Volvos have tan 8D3100 battery, easy to get to the X-changer oil system and Fireboy suppression system. And four battery isolator switches. The vessel has a good walk around, the windshield is covered with a cover, and she has two remote lights. There are two spreader lights on the brow over the windshield and the bow rail goes completely around the vessel.
