The white paint on the wooden hull is in good condition with only minor marking from a transport tarp a few years back aft of the passenger side window (pictured) The varnished and sealed mahogany front deck and interior are in very good condition with no repairs or refinishing needed. The limited brightwork still has plenty of shine but does show some pitting as would be expected on an unrestored survivor boat. The engine is seasonally maintained as needed and reported to be in running order, ready for the season according to the owner. The boat could use a good cleaning on deck and galley area and all upholstery looked good with the exception of the helm had some cracking on the top. Some storage doors were taped to keep shut and the dining table was taped and glued. The back corners of the swim platform had some minor damage. Per the seller, everything is in working order. Seller says one engine was replaced prior to purchase and the other he had rebuilt so it would keep up with the new one. Service records are available. He only used it twice and says he is probably selling it too cheap, but wants it gone. Seller says overall the boat is in very good condition for its age, and the trailer is only 2014 and looks great with a spare tire. All critical systems are functional. The exterior gel coat is in good condition. The canvas is in fair shape. The vinyl seating is tear-free and without blemishes. The soft goods inside the cabin are clean and order-free. The electronics are dated and mostly non-functional. Stock #373074 Spacious and affordable cruiser with full canvas and room to sleep up to 6. The Cruisers Inc 337 Esprit is a model known to have a comfortable ride and sturdy construction. The large cockpit features a seating area on either side of the boarding steps. This deck is quite spacious, with the ability to accommodate a large group. The helm seat is raised and can accommodate several people. From here you can head down into the cabin. The cabin floorplan is open, with a full galley with plenty of storage and counter space as you step into the salon. A dining area is across from the galley, with a large, removable table. The mid-cabin sofa converts to a bed as does the dinette. Past the galley is the head, located port side. The forward stateroom is separated from the rest of the salon with a bifold door. Good starter cruiser. This boat is being sold "AS IS", there is no warranty implied or otherwise, all sales are final.. Twin Mercruiser 470's (both engines run great w/a listing of 170 HP each). The hour counter shows 1028 hrs. I was told the port replacement engine had approx. 650 hrs. on it when I bought and installed it. ALSO INCLUDED is an EXTRA (complete) Mercruiser 470 engine for parts or rebuild (bad bearings due to oil loss, however it did run when it was removed from the boat). Both outdrives operate. 2001 Loadmaster dual axle trailer ( used 3 seasons). Lowrance GPS/Sonar/ Map, 120 gal. fuel tank, swim platform w/hinged ladder. Stand up head (w/ porta potti ,sink and shower wand), full galley w/alcohol stove,12v dc/120v ac refrigerator and dual basin sink , 20 gal. water storage tank, electric heater, queen sleeper, 1/2 aft berth, convertible dinette, boat sleeps 5. 120v shore power. The boat is missing the starboard vent window and the port bow glass hatch (was replaced with plexiglass) and there is some minor rub rail damage. There is no canvas, but I do have some of the rigging. This cruiser is in decent condition and would be in need of some mechanical maintenance/inspection and sprucing up.
