$3300 or BEST OFFER This boat was my dream project for me and my wife to cruise Health Issues are forcing me to sell the project to someone who can finish it I have everything to finish the boat and want to sell it as a kit ready to be completed The boat is a 1985 21' Bayliner with a hard top and cuddy cabin. The power is a Volvo Penta 125hp engine The trailer is a Float On Tandem with lowboy tires I've assembled all the parts. The main work is to install new wood on the transom and fiberglass into place and reinstall the engine and outdrive. The transom has had all the old wood removed and is ready for glassing. I will include the marine grade plywood and all the fiberglass and resin and the tools and mixing buckets to finish this. The materials cost me over $350 and they are brand new in their original packaging. The package includes a Furuno Color Radar and radome . A Furuno Color Depth Recorder has a brand new transducer. I have the install and the owners manuals for both. The main convertible seat has been professional reupholstered and never been sat on The engine has hydraulic tilt and trim and the boat has hydraulic trim tabs. The transom engine mount is brand new. The exhaust bellows are brank new. The outdrive was professionally rebuilt and has new upper gears and drive yokes The prop was rebuilt and is like new I have the repair manual for the engine and outdrive The trailer has 5 new tires, new bearings and buddy grease caps The transom has a swim platform. Exterior cushions are in great shape for there age. I have seen 2 pin holes between all of them. The rear jump seats can be adjusted high or low. The boat comes with a full rear salon enclosure that closes in the entire rear for overnight camping. Porti-potty in the cabin has never been used. Boat has all safety gear; 10 life vests, 2 oars, flare kit, fire extinguisher & 3 Bumpers. Anchor & line included. Motor is a very Clean, 1994 MerCruiser 5.0 with stainless prop. Recently service with new manifolds, Started, belts, oil change, fuel filter, tune-up and lower unit service. Motor Hour meter says 475 hours. Newer battery. Rides real nice! Galvanized magic tilt trailer included which is in real good condition. Trailer recently serviced with New 14" tires, spring shakles, tongue hitch, winch strap and rollers. Boat just buffed out. Motor is a very Clean, 2000 Mercury 250, 2 stroke with stainless prop, 383 hrs, Recently service, with new injectors, both fuel pumps, impellor. It has hydraulic steering on a bracket. Compression pretty even at 120 psi. The livewell and salt water wash. Rides real nice! Ready to fish! Aluminum trailer included which is in real good condition with recent lights & wiring. Motor is a very Clean, 1997 Mercury 150, 2 stroke with stainless prop, & a spare aluminum one, Recently service, Compression pretty even at 110 psi. Motor Hours estimated at about 400 hours. Newer battery. The livewell and fish box pump out pumps are NEW! The dash has been redone with all new Teleflex gauges and switches. New Horn. Rides real nice! Ready to fish! The rear exterior seat cushions on either side of the motor have been recovered but the ones for the 2 captains chairs and the front bow seat (The one that no one ever uses) are original and show wear, there is even about 2" of sticking that has come ondone on one seat bottom. I would rate them 7.5 of 10. These were the next thing to be done but it never happened. Bottom line is its not perfect but you can fish it today and its 100% operational and reliable. FREE SHIPPING WITHIN 200 MILES WITH BUY IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-Boat is real clean for its age and well cared for, I got it from the original owner this season but bought a new boat. Cabin has hardly been used, the gas stove has never been used, port-i-potty, sink, lots of lighting, a screen for the roof hatch and an adjustable height table, all are like new. The Interior Cushions look great, the big center cushion has 2 snags which are as big as a nickle. The rear exterior seat cushions, the bench chair top & bottom and the motor hatch cover have been recovered as well as the wood on the hatch replaced. Motor is a 5.7 Chevy Mercruiser with 280 original hours and runs awesome, manifolds have been changed. Both the drive and the motor have been serviced this season, stainless steel prop. 2 new batteries with switch. Safety gear included: anchor, ropes, ski tow rope, life vests. This boat has alot of options which include; Docking lights, a windshield wiper, drivers windshield defroster, power driver seat, power lift for the motor hatch, a digital air/water temp meter (which does not work), an in dash compass that matches the gauge set, a depth finder, it had and as wired for a power radio antenna and has an operational power telescopic anchor light. Galvanized Escort trailer included which is in real good condition. 4 new 15" tires, lights & wiring and heavy duty tongue jack, bearings recently serviced. PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!!! ALL the money has been spent on her already. Very clean for its age but not perfect, no boat is. The exterior is super clean for a 20 year old boat although the colored part of the gel coat shows sun fade, 20 years in FL you know. Other Flaws I have noticed, Stereo does not work but I have a new one in the box I can throw in, trim gauge does not work, comes with a bimini top that needs recovered. There is a dock rub port side mid ship that can be seen in the picture, it has scratched the decal and put a mark or 2 on the boat, other than that she is real clean.
