The vessel is in excellent condition with a new 7 KW Phasor generator. Custom made dinghy davits with rear awning, custom made center opening window in the main salon, solar panels (15 amp), and 2 underwater lights have been added. There is a Garmin 4208 GPS with AIS ship identification and Sirius satellite weather radar. There are upper and lower helm stations each with vhf radios and depth gauges. The fridge and hot water heater have been replaced. The stove was changed over to propane and a 30 gal holding tank has been added to the sanitation system. There is an ice maker as well as a combination AC/ heater. There are shade curtains for the bridge and aft deck, as well as a full shade awning that covers the entire foredeck. Both fuel tanks have been replaced. The boat has been maintained in "sailaway" condition by the present and former owners. Log books are available documenting all maintenance done on the boat.
